Two bedrooms are located upstairs, while a third bedroom is on the ground floor, giving the house a practical layout that works well for several guests. One of the two bathrooms has a shower, while the other has a bathtub. The main bedroom also has a special feature: a bathtub placed inside the room, adding a pleasant and relaxing touch to the house. The house is located in the Nivegy Valley, surrounded by vineyards, 7 km away from Lake Balaton. The terrace of the house mostly overlooks the vineyards. The house comes with a 45 m2 terrace equipped with a 6m2 sunshade. Parking is possible in the garden belonging to the house. Inside the house, you'll find a refrigerator, electric stove, Lavazza coffee maker (with complimentary capsules), toaster, kettle, air conditioning, and unlimited WiFi.
