Our stylish place to stay is perfect for couples or singles who would like to enjoy what the Kapiti Coast has to offer. The space is self contained on the ground floor of our house with your own private access. This boasts a recently refurbished comfortable space. Your own spacious living area, bedroom, bathroom and use of the ground floor garden. Take a short drive or walk to explore nearby restaurants, a Saturday market and the local beach. Charming self-contained upstairs suite, full of light, with lovely outlook on our beautiful seaside village. Five minutes walk to beach and Queen Elizabeth Park, a wonderful forest and dune environment great for walks, biking, picnics. Lively village centre 1.5 kms away, with a well stocked local shop, a fruit and veg shop, 3 cafes and a family friendly pub, railway station, regular music gigs and starting point for the famous Escarpment walk. It is an easy train or drive to Wellington.

As well as full cooking facilities. Time it right and you can help yourself to seasonal produce from the garden and free range eggs from our lovely chooks.

When was the last time you unplugged from the madness and dove into nature? No, really? Nestled into lush green forest an hour north of Wellington, Waitohu Lodge was built on the three Rs: relax, rejuvenate and revive. There’s 2ha of Jurassic-like forest where the only sound is native birds and the breeze rustling the 100-year-old trees, a brand new 6m x 3m swimming pool to cool off in, a private bush-walk and stream. A stylishly renovated one-bedroom apartment.

Rose and Ivy Bed & Breakfast Studio - entire space

Recently completed, our 1 bedroom private studio with outdoor area & spa pool is perfect for a couple or young family. Separate private entrance & parking. 10 min walk to the beach & Raumati Village. The studio is attached to our home by an interconnecting door to the laundry, which will be locked during your stay. We will be available if you need anything. Double sofa bed accommodates 3rd adult or 4th child - best suited for kids or teens.

Observation Guest Suite

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. Our Guest Suite is attached to our Main House, has its own entrance and is totally independent of our Main Home. Jug, toaster, fridge and microwave available, but no kitchen, (due to this fact it’s probably suitable to only short stays!), We are however, very close to numerous takeout places and superb restaurants. We are a two minute drive to the Beach or fifteen minute walk.

Our self contained guest suite is on a quiet street and not far from Raumati Beach shops (3 min's by car/10-15 min walk)...and you are spoilt for choice with cafes, bakery, restaurants, bars and a safe swimming beach. Enjoy your privacy and own space with a functional kitchenette with a microwave and bench top oven, best shower pressure ever, fast internet for business or just for leisure ...or just relax with a movie on Netflix.

Raumati South Beach Studio (opposite beach)

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish studio with views of Kapiti, Mana and South Islands. Watch the sun set with a wine in hand and sleep to the sound of waves lapping. Cross the road to walk the beach and swim or head through Queen Elizabeth Park for different views and a stroll, or something more energetic. Head to a local cafe for a lazy brunch or dinner or even some good music....if you hit the right day!
