This place was fantastic. The setup and layout of the house was very cool, lots of room, and the main living room was great with the pool table and everything. The scenery all around the property is amazing, great for stargazing from the hot tub. Only 45 minutes away from Zion.

Absolutely amazing house. Jess and his team were very helpful in resolving any issues that arose. The house was well stocked and easily accommodated our large group. We loved it.

Gary is a great host and we will come back as soon as we are back in Kanab to visit Best Friends. The home is truly tastefully decorated with southwest accents such as intricate mosaics as you enter and the shower as well. The house is right next to a huge dog run that is well maintained. Gary also exemplifies what it takes to be a great host by answering our questions promptly. He also helped us find hikes when we were not volunteering at Best Friends. Strongly recommended.

Wonderful stay for our group of six of all ages! Kanab is a great place to stay with an exceptional host. We were very comfortable!

The house is very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is amazing!! Outdoor area is beautiful as well. Central for exploring all the beauty the area has to offer. Close to Zion, Bryce, lake Powell and the slot canyons. Helpful responsive hosts.

This house has everything you could want or need for the perfect vacation. Comfortable beds, bidets, outdoor shower, traeger grill with pellets, 2 pickleball courts with paddles and balls and a beautiful pool and hot tub. The host opened the pool for us even though the listing said it wasn’t open until May. It was not heated but the kids didn’t care and they loved swimming and then getting in the hot tub. Tons of outdoor seating. It was super private and in the perfect quiet neighborhood. We have reservations at another location for the next few days and then we plan to come back! Book this house, you won’t regret it!

The home is even more beautiful in person! Everything was clean and the location was great. We enjoyed the views and you can see a decent amount of stars as night as well. I had a great time staying at this Airbnb and would consider coming back.

Perfect house for our trips to Bryce and Zion and exploring all there is to do locally as well. The views from the house are stunning! Red cliffs on both sides and so close to the house. The house is spotless, well stocked, and very comfortable. We will be back for sure!

We stayed here as it was a central location to Zion , Bryce Canyon and Antelope Canyon/ horseshoe bend etc. The house is very clean with new amenities and had everything we needed for the week including a wonderful hot tub to soak our muscles after miles of hiking. We are already talking about coming back for all the hikes we couldn’t fit in this trip and would absolutely stay here again.

This is a very nice place to stay. Clean, lots of extras like coffee and spices in the cupboards that we could use, night lights, soap in the shower and lots more. There was plenty of info on the Kanab area for us to browse and a nice fenced area for dogs too. Timothy was very responsive and kept in touch to make sure we knew that he would be happy to help if needed. We really enjoyed our visit and would stay there again.

Cindi’s place was a wonderful home for our party of 5. The home was clean and spacious. There was a large variety of pillows. Something I have found lacking in some Air B&Bs. Bad pillows can quickly make a weeklong stay miserable. The cooler in the pantry was a bonus as we traveled from Nat’l Park to Park. The outside porch with seating and dining furniture was absolutely lovely. I would highly recommend this listing for large groups.

Our stay was so great all around! Mandi and Micah were very responsive, especially when we locked ourselves out and the keypad wouldn’t work, they reset it right away for us. The house was beautiful and was a perfect middle ground for our hikes to Zion, Bryce, and Antelope Canyon throughout the week. Definitely recommend this place for anyone staying in the area!

A truly delightful experience! This lovely home exudes warmth and comfort, with an immaculately clean environment and thoughtful attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, it felt like home, thanks to the inviting atmosphere and cozy touches. The jacuzzi was an absolute highlight!

Great stay. Very comfortable accomodations with a nicely stocked kitchen for cooking. Grill worked great. The beds were all comfortable. We had six adults and everyone was comfortable and happy. Great hosts. Super responsive. The location was quiet, neighbors nice. The next door neighbors are connected in a town-house style and also have a hot tub on patio. While there is a privacy fence, you are still really close to them. Conversations travel easily and bedroom windows are directly above the hot tubs. We all got along well and it was fine but if you are looking for ultra private hot tub, this isn't that. We were in Kanab to hike canyons. Super convenient. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

Perfect home base to venture out for day trips to AZ to see horseshoe bend & antelope as well as close proximity to Zion (super close) and Bryce! Would stay here again!

We stay in Fredonia area every year. Loved our two week stay here. Home was comfy, bed was wonderful. Second story home afforded a beautiful view- some reviews commented on no window coverings- we got used to closing doors and just enjoying the bright openness . We came w a dog, a short walk to park gave her a good run a couple times a day in fenced in ball park. We were gone exploring almost daily, so not much “home time”. Thank you Jimmy!

The house is awesome. We loved the layout of the house and the location. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The back yard was great, and the location is close to a park which the kids loved. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Scott's place. Of course, nothing compares to looking at the stars in the hot tub, and that was one of the highlights of our trip. Scott had incredibly helpful recommendations, including photographs and color-coded maps of nearby hikes. It was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

The cottage was spotlessly clean, easy to access, and homey. It was super convenient for both Zion and Bryce. We loved the quiet town, local hikes and restaurants.

Loved this house so much! It was thoughtfully laid out, updated, and decorated. Looks exactly as good as the photos. Our group of 7 adults had plenty of space to spread out, rest, hang out, and cook. We used both the indoor and outdoor dining room tables. The kitchen was especially well equipped and we loved having so many bathrooms. This was a great location to walkable restaurants in Kanab, as well as Zion, Bryce, and local Utah spots. Hosts were proactive and responsive!

Loved our visit! House is beautiful and in a great location if you are hiking Zion and Bryce. Logan and Kraig were great hosts and very responsive to questions and local recommendations.

We really enjoyed our stay. Beds were super comfortable! We (and our dog) loved the backyard. Also, house is walking distance to the main street and we enjoyed walking around in the afternoon/evening. Great location for all of the outdoor activities we had been looking forward to in southern UT and northern AZ. Recommend Jakey Leigh’s (coffee/bagel/scone) and Rocking V. Wish we could have tried Houston Trails End but they were closed for the season. Thank you for a great stay!

We really enjoyed this house, it was lovely and equipped with everything you could think of. Just be prepared for the remote location. Overall a wonderful place!
