Villa Fora & Loukoulos is a family business including a complex of houses, restaurant and a cafe-bar. Getting down through our stairs will get you in the main beach of our village. So you could be swim in 5 minutes. 700m from us is the downtown of Votsalakia village. Furthermore many beautiful beaches are closer than 1km

Secluded houses with private beach

Two little houses with a terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea and Samiopoula island. The main house accommodates 2 in a separate bedroom and one child up to 12 years old in the living room. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and a bidet. The smaller house accommodates three people in one space. It has a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. An impressive stone staircase leads to the waterfront. The complex is accessible only with a 4x4 Jeep. Closest village 20’ away.

Getting down the cliff through our stairs will get you in the main sandy beach of Votsalakia village. So you could be swimming in two minutes, after your wake up. Very close to us is the down town of Votsalakia village(0.7km). Furthermore many beautiful beaches are closer than 1km.

Our house is a space for anyone who loves the immediate contact with the sea and the land. It is an opportunity for an alternative touristic experience, as it is literally beside the sea , with only the beach inbetween, such that the visitor feels that he has total privacy there.A vegetable garden and a well are available there, and only a 15 -minute walk will bring you to the scenic, traditional fishing village of Ormou Marathokabou.
