The villa is located in Bosljiva Loka near the Kolpa river with private beach. The surroundings are filled with numerous paths that invite exploration on foot or by bike. Peter Klepec's land leads you to stunning rapids and gorge of the Kolpa River. Jacuzzi is available for an additional fee of 20.00€, arranged directly with us. Pets are welcome for an extra charge of 5.00€ per night, payable upon arrival. We have equipped Villa Rozi to a 4* standard to provide you with the comfort of your home.

We are located near the exit from the highway so you will reach the beaches, Opatija or Krk very quickly. This comfortable and clean studio apartment is suitable for a couple with or without children or business travelers, we can also accommodate a third and fourth person on a sofa bed and a fifth on a extra bed in the apartment.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Guests have access to an indoor infrared sauna, which is included in the price. *The outdoor hot tub is available for an additional fee, personally arranged with us.* The house is located next to the Kolpa River, offering a beautiful view of the natural surroundings, making it an ideal spot for nature lovers, relaxation, and outdoor activities. Sure! Tourist tax is not included and can be arranged with us (cash).

Apartment is located on the first floor and situated in the historical city center. It's ideal for couples especially if they are arriving by bus because it is one minute walk from the central bus station. Apartment is very well equipped. Dishwasher and washer-dryer are located in the kitchen and TV in the air conditioned living room.

K hiši dozidan apartma oziroma počitniška hišica, ki smo jo poimenovali "BEe in foREST", se nahaja na koncu vasi Klenik pri Pivki na obrobju Nature 2000, v naročju narave, s katero smo tesno povezani. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.

Here you can experience the pure energy of nature, flower gardens and visit the castle Kostel. You can hike in the old forests of Kočevsko and Risnjak National Park as well as fly-fish in the Kolpa and Kupica river, or just enjoy in the garden.
