Apartment in building features 2bedrooms, 2bathrooms, living room with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with sea side views. On top of above, apartment include: wi-fi, each room air conditioned (3 set), parking lot for 2cars (one within enclosed garage; other one at building open area; both reserved for the apartment). WE CARRY OUT ENHANCED DISINFECTION OF APARTMENT. L&V apartment is a groud floor apartment that can acomodate 8 persons and it opens into the terrace with pool area (private for guest use only). It is a big, modern, luxurious decorated, fully equipped apartment. It is located just 4 kilometers from the centre of Split and Diocletian's palace and only 1 kilometer from beach. The apartment has good bus connection with centre of Split and the bus station is about 2min walking from apartment .

The apartment is located in the attic above the seafront, not far from the city center. It has a large living room, connected to the dining room and a kitchen (with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, an oven and stovetop) . It also has 2 bedrooms, a spacious furnished balcony, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, 1.5 bathrooms that are equipped with a washing machine, shower and a hairdryer. The property provides towels and bed linen. Within the apartment there is free private parking.

House is placed on a little hill and environment is very peaceful, it has great view (mountains on the north and sea and islands on the south) and its 600 m from the main road and buss station and about 800 m from the sea. There are plenty sports activities that You can do in close range (hiking, biking, diving, golf, tennis, zipline, canyoning) and also there are many Restaurants and Bars along the beach. If you want to visit Split it will only take You 15 min with bus to get there.

Our new apartment Carmen is located in Split in the area of ​​Žnjan and is only 150 meters from the sea and 3.5 km from the city center. The apartment consists of living room, kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and balcony with open sea views. The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned. it is located on the 1st floor of a small residential building equipped with an elevator and parking space in the garage. Nearby are markets, coffee bars and pizzerias.

The house is located in Stobrec,eastern part of Split.The old town and Diocletian's Palace are only 7km away.The accommodation is on 1st and 2nd floor of the house, combined into single apartment. It has a 40 meter squared terrace with sea view. Near the house, you can find beach, bars, restaurants, supermarket, public transportation, park, tennis court, golf court, playground, football field etc. We have free parking for our guests. All rooms are air-conditioned!
