Πρόκειται για μία ιδιαίτερα ευνοϊκή τοποθεσία, καθώς είναι από τα μοναδικά σημεία του νησιού που δεν πιάνουν σχεδόν καθόλου τα μελτέμια. Το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και μεγάλη αυλή με εκπληκτική, χαλαρωτική θέα. Έχει επίσης μια μικρή προβλήτα  αν ταξιδεύετε με σκάφος .
