Välkommen till ett mysigt boende nära Borgholm, Alvaret och Solliden. Ni bor i en trevlig gårdsstuga på delad tomt. Alvaret finns tillgängligt på tio minuters promenad där Slottsruinen och Solliden ligger beläget. Det är ca 3 km till Borgholms myllrande folkliv. Cyklar finns att låna. Det finns cykelväg till stan. Stugan är 16 m2 och altanen 8 m2. I stugan finns kylskåp, microugn och vattenkokare. Badrum (toalett och badkar) och tillgång till vatten finns i värdens bostad med separat ingång.

Centralt beläget gårdshus i pittoresk gammal miljö på torget där husen ligger tätt.Gångavstånd till fik, mysiga butiker, hav, hamn och skog. Gårdshus nära ägarbostad med ett rum och kokvrå.Badrum med dusch. Det finns en 140 cm säng och en liten bäddsoffa på 110 cm som passar till små barn. Katter finns på tomten och Katter o hundar vistas i huset ibland så inget för allergiker. Medtag egna lakan och handdukar alt. hyr för 75 kr per person. Nivåskillnader o trappor på tomten. Man städar själv.

Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Completely renovated cottage in 2024. Come and enjoy your holiday with your partner/family in a cosy place. The cottage is about 9km from the city and we are close to excursions on foot, bike and with car. The cottage is the accommodation for you who want to stay and enjoy your holiday as we have a fully equipped kitchen, fridge/freezer, washing machine. If you are a bigger family, you can book our Attefallshus next door, so you have the whole plot and all the patio to yourself.

Här får ni bo i Äppelrummet på vår privata tomt. Fantastiskt läge med utsikt över Kalmarsund. Ni har 120 meter till Kalmars populäraste bad med 180 meter lång badbrygga och även en sandstrand med långgrund sandbotten. Ni har Kalmar slott och Gamla stan i direkt närområde. Mitt emellan centrum och natur och friluftsområde. Bara 500 m till närmsta restaurang vackert belägen i slottsallén. Det finns två cyklar som man kan hyra för en mindre summa.

Stuga med sjöutsikt

Gästhus på strandtomt med hög semesterkänsla. Här njuter du av lugnet på altanen och ser solen gå ner över vattnet, eller tar en morgonkaffe på framsidans uteplats med morgonsol. Egen brygga med badstege. Lugnt område nära naturen. I området finns badplats med grillplats, utegym, lekplats, boulebana och vandringsled. Du delar trädgården & bryggan med värdfamiljen (2 vuxna, 2 barn). Städning ingår ej. Lakan och handdukar kan hyras mot extra kostnad.

Åslemåla, a beautiful place on the country side

A small guest house with room for 4 people, located on the country side. Kitchen, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, stove, toilett, Tv, dvd, play station 3.....if you can not find the second bed room... look again and it helps if you have seen the movie Narnia :)....There is no shower in the guest house, but an out door shower in the garden… also no wi-fi in the guest house. A peaceful and quiet environment in middle of the nature....

Helt nyrenoverat hus med parkering, luftkonditionering samt uteplats i centrala Kalmar! Nära till både Kalmar centrum och Kalmar slott! Perfekt för Ironman: Cyklingen går i båda riktningarna precis utanför huset! Dessutom ca 250 meter till löpsträckan och gångavstånd till starten för simningen! Ca 1500 meter till Bike Park. Ironmanveckan bokas i sin helhet minst 6 dagar 13-19 (eller 14-20) augusti.

You will stay in a traditional Swedish cottage with a fantastic view over fields. The cabin has a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dining space and a toilet. Two bicycles are included and there is a canoe available for hire.
