Πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα (φούρνο, φούρνος μικροκυμάτων, καφετιέρα espresso, βραστήρας, τοστιέρα, πλυντήριο πιάτων κλπ) επιπλα εξωτερικού χώρου, BBQ, παιδική χαρά, κήπος, πάρκινγκ, κλιματισμός, wifi.
