The house is at a 5 minute distance from the beach! The house is surrounded by grass.It consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a big living room and a kitchen.Outdoors there is a parking,a grass area,a kiosk(barbecue included) and an outdoor shower.Дом находится в 5 минутах ходьбы от пляжа!Дом состоит из 2 спален, 2 ванных комнат, большой гостиной и кухни, wifi и кондиционер!!! Τакже есть парковка, большой балкон,большой сад, киоск (включая барбекю).

Themidas House

The house is a 3-storey,110m2 big which was built in 2008. There're 5 bedrooms,one living room-kitchen two bathrooms,a WC and a warehouse. There're two big porches equiped with two dinner tables and a bbq also. There're two gardens too. There's parking space in front of the house,enough for 3 cars.Access to the house is very easy. The main entrance to the house is on the street which is close to the central road of the village.

Το ASTERIS LUXURY HOUSE είναι ένα πέτρινο σπίτι στην καρδιά της πρωτεύουσας της Χαλκιδικής το οποίο απέχει 500 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία. Πλησίον έχει παιδική χαρά, πάρκο αναψυχής, καφετέριες, σούπερ μάρκετ κτλ. Είναι δίπλα στις ΕΞΙ ΒΡΥΣΕΣ που είναι σημείο αναφοράς της πόλης. Συνδιάζει βουνό με θάλασσα. 2-bedroom home with parking off the street

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Spacious house with two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. The house has a small garden with bbq grill for guests to use. It's a quiet place, 2 min drive to the sea or 10 min by foot. Has a bakery on the opposite side of the road and a supermarket just 5 min by foot.

Two levels house,15m from the sea.It has two bedrooms with double beds,kitchen,living room with a sofa-bed and a WC with shower.Also there is an inside balcony with a sofa bed.It is recommended for families offering a fenced garden where the children can play safely.The pedestrian area is 100m away from the house.

Fully autonomous attic with shower and kitchen, ideal for couples or a single person. Unique location, just 50m distance to the sea, but also very close to the woods, this little house is not just a room with a view, but a wonderfull oppurtunity to have your dreamfull vacations.
