Leopard’s Hill family home in beautiful nature

We created this home with you in mind. Open plan living and kitchen with top amenities, stone flooring to living areas and wooden floors in the 3 en suite bedrooms. Floor to ceiling windows gives the feeling of indoor/outdoor is constant. A fabulous 11m pool is perfect for swimming. A big fireplace for those chilly winter nights, and the home is set in over 2 acres of nature with stunning indigenous trees. Relax here for a holiday, work from home or use as a base when arriving in Zambia.

The Honey House

The Honey House is a conservation focused eco-retreat on a 25-acre smallholding. The charming cottage is a thoughtfully designed space with an ensuite double bedroom and a cozy sleeping loft. Large windows frame views of the surrounding savannah woodland. The self-catering facilities include a well-equipped kitchenette with a two-plate gas cooker and refrigerator. Step outside onto the private verandah to discover an inviting fire pit, slashed walking trails and the chance to see wildlife.

Cheerful 1-bedroomed guestwing on a hill.

Kick back and relax in this calm, private and stylish country side space with amazing views. Away from crowds. The guest wing sits on a hill and is stand alone, with a beautiful sunset view. We have reliable unlimited WIFI and premium DSTV. The property is on a secure farm, semi rural, west of Kafue Estate. About 4km from C7, along Chikupi Rd, opposite Kafue Fisheries turn off, near Teen Challenge Centre. 15min drive from Kafue Mall. We have a kiosk on the farm for groceries.

Grace’s Cozy Place (B) in Makeni

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. We are located close to the Bonaventure Makeni area not too far from the Makeni and Cosmopolitan shopping malls. Enjoy the beautiful private view of gardens with a separate driveway, automatic gate and exterior security cameras. This self catering apartment comes fully furnished with a functional kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a smart TV with Netflix, washing machine, pressing iron and microwave.

Spacious one bedroomed cottage. Open plan kitchen lounge with a breakfast bar. Fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine; and bathroom with bath and shower. Comfortable king size bed with mosquito net and ceiling fan. Plenty of storage areas. Small trundle bed for families with a child and extra mattresses are available if requested. Parking available in car port.
