My friends and I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The property was perfect for a group (we were 11 members and a pet) getaway — spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The pool was a huge hit, and we spent a lot of time just relaxing and enjoying it. One of the best parts was the stunning view from the property — absolutely breathtaking and made every moment feel extra special. The staff were also fantastic — super friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. Would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing escape with friends!

The property was neat, clean, and surrounded by greenery—perfect for a peaceful getaway. The caretaker was incredibly friendly, helpful, and resourceful, which made the stay even more comfortable. There was a slight delay during check-in due to some miscommunication and the incorrect location shown on the map, so I’d recommend searching for the place directly on Google Maps for smoother navigation. The pathway leading to the property is quite steep and narrow, but once you reach, the view makes it totally worth it. Overall, a lovely, well-maintained stay in a serene environment. Would definitely recommend!

At first, we were a bit skeptical while booking this property as the photos didn’t look very convincing, but we went ahead with it as we didn’t have many options. I must say that the photos don’t do justice to the property. Ranjith and Joby have got all the bases covered. Beautiful location, private place, extremely clean and well maintained. Even though the property is in the midst of nature, it still has all the modern amenities required. The plunge pool is great too. We saw a lot of rare birds like Flame-throated bulbuls, black-naped monarch, Asian emerald dove, hornbills and many more in the property itself. Just for that reason alone we will be visiting this place again. The caretakers Ali and his wife Sajna along with their daughter Nejla make the guests feel welcome and often stretch themselves to cater to the needs of the guests. Simple home cooked meals can be served at the property at a very affordable price if the guests want. Definitely visiting again.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very friendly. The house is beautiful, surrounded by lots of trees and fruit plants. The pool was clean and well-maintained. The rooms and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The caretaker was also very helpful. Overall, a great experience. We had a really good time and would definitely recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house just 5 km from Mysore Palace. The location was perfect—close enough to the main attractions, yet far enough to enjoy complete peace and privacy. The surroundings were calm, and the neighborhood felt very safe and quiet. The house itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making us feel at home instantly. What stood out most was the hospitality of the host—extremely responsive, helpful, and kind throughout our stay. We had a wonderful stay in Perar—peaceful and surrounded by lush tea gardens. The host was responsive, and the caretaker team was always helpful. Amma cooked delicious meals, and Stephen took us on a hidden forest trail that led to a stunning mountain view. We also loved the tea factory tour and the visit to Stephen’s carrot farm. Highly recommended for a quiet, nature-filled getaway!

They went about to make sure we were comfortable, offering helpful recommendations and being readily available whenever we needed anything. Their kindness and attentiveness made the stay truly special and I felt more like a friend than just a guest. I stayed in Akash's place for one day and the neighborhood is great. The house was easy to get in and Akash's father was there to meet us. Everything was clean and the place matched the description. The house was easy to reach and spot as well. It is on the main road. However, what impressed me the most was the responsiveness of the host. We got into an emergency situation and when I requested Aakash if we can stay for an hour more after the checkout time, he was considerate of the situation. I have stayed in many Airbnbs and this is amongst the most hassle free ones. I cannot thank Akash enough.

Good place with ample outdoor space to stay if you are looking for something thats different from a cliche apartment type stay. Regarding the bedding situation, other than the single bedroom, others needed some attention but clear instructions from the host was helpful. Vijay is a great host who actually cared for our comfortable stay. Would recommend it.

As we were travelling with senior citizens, could cook our meal. cooker was not there. but caretaker organized upon request quickly. If you enjoy starting your day with a cup of coffee while listening to birds chirping and the breeze blowing, Mr. and Mrs. Harish’s home is the perfect place. The front verandah, overlooking a lovely garden, is ideal for relaxing in the pleasant weather. The house stays naturally cool, and though there are ACs in the bedrooms, we never felt the need to use them. The drawing room features tasteful furniture, wooden curtain rods carved with divine images, and showcases filled with an excellent collection. Even the clocks are adorned with bird and butterfly motifs. The home is well-equipped with a modern kitchen, dining area, and clean washrooms with Jaquar fittings and a washing machine. A yoga mat and basic gym equipment are also provided. Mr. and Mrs. Harish are exceptionally friendly and responsive, making the stay even more comfortable. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we look forward to visiting again.
