Наша студия находится в реновированном доме в самом центре Риги, с окнами во двор — здесь всегда тихо.Всего в 5 минутах ходьбы — парк Верманис,любимое место для прогулок, где часто проходят фестивали и ярмарки.До Старой Риги — 15 мин.пешком.Вокзал — 15 мин., автовокзал — 20 мин.пешком,до остановок транспорта пару минут,что позволит легко добраться в любой конец Риги. Рядом множество кафе,магазинов и красивых исторических зданий. Здесь легко совместить ритм большого города с уютом и спокойствием.

Sauna (2-3 hours hot) is included in the price, if you want to get extra hours or use the sauna on the second day of your stay, it will cost 30EUR for 3 hours (or 10EUR/1 hour if you need more than three hours). Please inform the administrator about your wish in advance (two hours in advance or earlier).

Everything you need for a comfortable stay for 2 people: self-arrival 24 hours a day, fast WI-FI and digital TV, a kitchen with all necessary equipment , a sleeping area with a folding sofa bed , a bathroom with a rain shower, hairdryer, other useful things. We are especially careful about cleanliness of the apartment.
