Casa tranquila y elegante céntrica, junto a la Feria del Mueble, y el Hospital de Yecla. Acceso independiente, con aparcamiento gratuito, bares y restaurantes a 2 minutos andando y a 5 minutos del centro de Yecla. La casa tiene un terraza amplia, privada y amueblada. El inmueble, súper luminoso, se encuentra completamente equipado. Podrás hacer uso de, lavadora, lavavajillas, plancha, mesa de planchar, secador de pelo, cafetera, menaje. También podrás encontrar, agua, cola, café e infusiones.

Enjoy our swimming-pool spring/summer/automme! Profit of sunny winters, and comfortable nights in front of our chimney and central heating. Spa facilities like Periquitos SPA, Archena Thermes or Fortuna Thermes nearby. Very close to all shopping malls, enjoy shopping in Murcia! We speak English, Deutsch, Italiano, français.

The tasteful and exclusive interior fittings and furnishings invite you to relax and enjoy every moment, completely undisturbed. There are two Golf Courses at 10 mns drive. Although there are two bus lines or it's easy to get a taxi to come at the door house, it is preferable to have a car to go to the beach or Alicante.

Agradable casa con patio interior.

Amplia casa en bajo con buena luz natural en una de las zonas más tranquilas de Molina de Segura y muy cerca de Murcia y el campo de golf de Altorreal. La vivienda esta muy bien comunicada: cerca de todo tipo de comercios (supermercados, farmacia, carnicería etc..) amplia zona verde a 1 minuto andando. Fácil aparcamiento en la misma puerta. La televisión Smart tv está colocada de manera estratégica para que se pueda ver desde el patio también, simplemente girándola.

Casa in Ontinyent with views of Mariola and valley

A single-storey family home with pool (between late May and early October), large garden and ample parking. The owner has a loft apartment/studio, which is independently accessed, although I'm often not there. The property has a large kitchen diner leading to a barbecue area. Outside dining is wonderful in the summer and the raised decking area by the pool gives glorious views across to the hills. A large wood burner warms the living room for those winter stays.

La casa del valle

Este alojamiento único en la zona, me puedes encontrar en redes en @lacasadelvalle2024, tiene mucho espacio para que disfrutes con los tuyos. Esta situado en pleno centro de la población de Blanca junto a la calle principal y plaza del teatro. Consta de 3 dormitorios y dos baños completos, tiene unas vistas espectaculares y la luz del sol baña todos sus habitáculos. ideal para descansar y disfrutar del entorno, nuestro Río Segura y su precioso valle de Ricote.

"Casita Mangay", in our organic orange grove

Built back in 1932, Casita Mangay was renovated in 2006. With its two double rooms, its well-equipped kitchen, a small lounge, a shower and a separate toilet it's got all you need. Most of the furniture has been in the house from the very beginning and it gives the place its special touch.
