Our backyard is Grandfather Mountain, and Tanawha Trail is within walking distance of the property for hikers. Grandfather Mountain, Price Park, Sugar Mountain, Beech Mountain, wineries and and all of the restaurants of Boone, Blowing Rock and Banner Elk are minutes away. Finish the evening watching stars and chilling on our covered outdoor patio.

Now, makes for very unique space. Enter through spacious 2 car garage to original shop, lay out updated for unique mountain LOFT getaway. Think..rustic, raw, real, back to basic, with a Modern Twist! 2 zone mini-split heat/ac! Heat good down to around 30 degrees, wall heater in Bath/Gas heater in Living Room

Kick back and relax in this Luxurious mountain contemporary home located in the poplar subdivision of Cross Creek Farms, Blowing Rock NC. This home sits on a 2 acre lot with plenty of privacy and has an abundance of windows allowing the sunlight shine through and for you to enjoy the beauty of the forest that surrounds you. This home features an open concept with vaulted living area, large kitchen, expansive bedroom with spa like bathroom. A short drive miles to either Boone or Blowing Rock.

Bathroom is only 30 yard walk. Sleeping space for 2 adults only. 1-2 small kids may be allowed with preapproval. AWD/4-wheel drive recommended December-March in case of snow.

Enjoy a peaceful stay in our new home, adjacent to 10,000 acres of pristine National Park forest and hiking trails. Apple Way is a sleepy community at the base of Grandfather Mountain, 10 minutes to Blowing Rock. Just off the Blue Ridge Parkway on Holloway Mountain Rd, we are only 15 minutes to Grandfather Mountain and Appalachian Ski Mountain, and 20 minutes to Boone. We are minutes to Price Lake, Bass Lake, Cone Manor, and the Linn Cove Viaduct.
