We had an amazing stay here!!! The place was very well-maintained, and it matched the photos and description posted online. It was such a pretty space with great lightings making the actual apartment a very good photography spot. It was pretty clean, and very spacious given the square footage. The host, Jayendra (Jack), was responsive and very communicative with all our queries and requests, and the help - Sanjana, was very kind and patient with our stay related requirements and questions. The immediate surrounding was pretty much a literal garbage dumping space, with a very foul smell that reached the apartment when windows were opened. But, the view out of these windows was worth the stench! The view of the shore, the distant city lights at night - the beautiful dark/cloudy sky was all SO BEAUTIFUL! The location is also pretty accessible with easy transportation. I strongly recommend staying here, cause I would definitely want to stay here on my next visit! Loved the experience.

Had a wonderful stay at Conan’s. Conan is an extremely friendly and welcoming host. He went above and beyond in his hospitality and was always extremely responsive. The space is great value for the money spent, and is located in a great neighborhood. Would definitely come back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others in the future.

The place is really beautiful and cozy, amazing sunset views that you’ll not get tired of. Felt homely and nice. Husain and his staff were very cooperative and made sure the stay was nice, Which even made us extend our stay. 😄

We had a wonderful stay of 4 night at Abs place… felt like a home… very positive, hygienic place to stay… place is exactly diagonally opp to Shivaji Park … I hope I will get bookings next time too as this might be busiest place for stay in future… thank you so much… wish you all the best

The place itself is perfect—comfortable, well-located, and surrounded by lively streets and a great variety of restaurants. Highly recommended!

Host Vicky is responsive and flexible check in timings helps me a lot. Also , kudos to Sunita Aunty , the caretaker for maintaining the aprtment spotless clean and being so courteous and helpful in explaining all the amenities in the apartment to make the stay peaceful and hassle free. I had a wonderful stay in unaiza apartment.I came for my mothers treatment in TMH which was close to hospital,and I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the exceptional hosting. The Unaiza was very proactive and helpful throughout my stay, making sure that I had everything I needed. The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and well-maintained. The amenities provided were top-notch, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the apartment.I am looking forward to book again and experience the same level of quality and service.

Varun is the perfect host, he accommodated all of my requests (early checkin, late arrivals etc) and had everything ready that was needed during the course of the stay. He is extremely friendly and always there to help with anything. The place did justice to the home away from home, was a cozy, vibrant and positive space for my trip to mumbai. Hoping to be back again soon :)

Vinay's place was clean, organized and had pretty much everything you could possibly need. The two master bedrooms were massive, by Bombay standards. The third room was a little cramped, but perfect for someone would be staying alone. If you like cats, there are a lot of cats on the road in front of his house.

Great place, very cozy, has all the amenities you'll need. You'll feel right at home. Overall good value for money.

I had the opportunity to stay at Sibu's accommodation for 5 days during my trip in India. Sibu made extra sure that I had no issues checking in despite my late arrival from the airport. Additionally, whenever I had any doubts about the stay, Sibu would immediately be available to help sort out my concerns. Whether it was working remotely or relaxing at home, I was incredibly comfortable with my stay and the hospitality provided. Overall, highly recommended!

We loved our stay at Henrietta's place. The apartment is right off Carter road with wonderful eateries and a beautiful view. The place is well-furnished with all the necessities one might require during the stay. Henrietta and Captain Vaz were gracious host and were very responsive with all our needs. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Bombay.

No words, it's just THE BEST! Highly recommended. Piyush ji, his wife, and Dhruv are among the best hosts I've met so far. The house is incredibly well-maintained, making it feel just like home. I had an amazing 4-day stay and wished to extend it, but they had a pooja planned, so I had to leave. I'll definitely be back!

Great location for our purposes. Lots of space for our family get together - 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is a rare find in Mumbai. The host is very proactive and responsive and the services of the caretaker Babli were much appreciated. The TV, sound system and WiFi were great! The building is on a busy road, so expect small amount of traffic noise. The apartment is in an older building - it does pose some accessibility issues but there is an elevator once you get into the building.
