Welcome to our self-contained annex which is connected to the family home in a quiet cul-de-sac in Broadstairs. We live 15 minutes walk from Joss Bay and 20-30 minutes walk from the town centre, train station, supermarket and bus routes. Unless you enjoy a lot of walking, the Annex is best suited to those with a car. The annex overlooks a spacious family garden which is used by two dogs and children.
Location: Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, this delightful recently refurbished bungalow is only a fifteen minute walk from Joss bay and Stone Bay and within easy walking distance from central Broadstairs. It is in close proximity to the North Foreland Golf Club, the Lighthouse and public footpath through Elmwood Farm overlooking fields with horses. The Space: The detached bungalow has two good sized bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen with dining area and washing machine, a bathroom with a shower and a living room. The kitchen opens onto a garden, perfect for sitting or eating outside. Towels are provided for guest use but please bring your own towels for the beach. Useful Points: Fast broadband and BT TV is provided. Please bring some indoor slippers for use. Interaction with Guests: We would like to welcome guests personally on arrival and are available at all times if needed.
Our 2 bedroom semi-detached cottage is located near the beautiful area of Reading Street Village in Broadstairs, within walking distance to both Joss and Kingsgate Bays (0.9 miles) and to the wonderfully authentic pub, the White Swan, where the landlady Kate cooks up sumptuous home-made delights and a range of renowned real ales are offered. Broadstairs and Viking and Stone Bays are just a few minutes by car.
