Horse Farm Haven

Horse Farm Haven is a studio apartment with a beautiful view of the Monroe and Cove mountains as it overlooks J Family Equine's horse facilities and the beautiful Monrovian countryside. There is an enclosed back porch where you can sit and listen to the farm animals and enjoy the peaceful feel of the country. There are also local hot springs less than 10 minutes down the road! Guests with dogs will need to abide by my rules for dogs. Message the host for details before booking. No cats allowed.

Our Glamping Tents are located on our 10-acre boutique farm and nursery in a beautiful landscape with incredible views and Dark Night Skies. It is cozy camping in any season and includes a comfy Queen size bed, with mattress warmers, supplemental heat, lights, a sofa/futon sitting area, fire pit, picnic table and shared shower and restroom/space. Hot Springs, hiking, biking, horseback riding, ATV trails, State and National Parks are nearby. Pets are welcome when included in your reservation.

This amazing home was originally built in the late 1900's and has been lovingly maintained, and recently fully renovated and upgraded to today's lifestyle amenities. All furniture and mattresses are new and plush and will cradle you to sleep. Secure high speed internet and flat screen TV allow for Netflix or App entertainment. There is ample parking and room to put an ATV trailer on side of the house. Covered patio in back of house with BBQ, relax and enjoy the clean country air. It's a Gem!

Home Base Resort #1

This is a brand new space located right off the freeway in quaint Joseph, Utah. Built in 2021, this modern unit has one bedroom with king size bed and a pull out sofa in the living room. Equipped with a full bath and kitchen with all the basic essentials. This small home is part of a 7 unit resort, with more phases to come. Close to the Paiute ATV trail, camping, fishing, within an hour of National Parks. We do allow pets but there is a fee of 20$ Please let us know if you bring a pet

Suite: claw foot tub, king size bed, private deck

Settle in for a relaxing stay in this suite with beautiful views. You have the entire room with a gorgeous claw foot tub, spacious walk in shower, and mini fridge and coffee maker. Perfect for a small family or a girls trip. King size bed and pull out double size sofa bed. Private patio with furniture is steps away. Please note: this is a private room with its own entry through a door on the deck. There is a door connecting to front of house, but it is locked from both sides.

Cottage on Main

Cozy, quiet cottage in the heart of Monroe. Recently remodeled and ready to provide a relaxing stay for a couple or possibly three. Our home boasts a fully stocked kitchen, two smart TVs and new, cozy furnishings throughout. A pull out twin sized hide-a-bed is also included for that third guest. Our central location puts guests close to the Mystic Hot Springs, miles of OHV trails, as well as multiple National parks that are 1.5 to 2 hours away. Landscaping coming soon!

Our Pheasant Run Equine Studio is located right off the I-70 Freeway in Joseph and approximately 12 miles South from RICHFIELD, in the Sevier Valley. This Studio and property offers a cozy rustic Suite with all of the amenities and accommodations needed for a short or long term stay. It’s the perfect layover for travelers; centrally located to countless sites, activities, monuments, State Parks, trails, and adventures in close proximity for guests of all ages to enjoy!

La Casita on Main St

La Casita was originally built as a barber shop in Monroe many years ago. As you will see in the pictures the original light used by the barber over the bed. Located in close proximity to our local hot pots, ATV trails, hiking, fishing, and Utah’s National and State Parks. The home is a nice comfy place to lay your head at night and explore the world during the day. Small private backyard to view the stars at night and the quiet peaceful feel of rural Utah.

Historic Pioneer Cabin

This is an 1800s original ranch house that has been modified to include modern amenities. This property has two beds and one bath. The kitchen features apartment-sized appliances and is stocked with basic items. This unit includes a washer and dryer, mainly because we know people come to our area to explore and get dirty. The Cabin is centrally located to ATV and hiking trails, Monroe Paragliding, Hot Springs, Hunting, and fishing.
