An apartment is very comfortable and beautiful in the heart of the old city with 5-7 minutes walking distance to Durban Palace Square. Enjoyed staying and will be happy to be back. Jyoti’s place and location are fantastic for all types of travellers - maybe those who prefer a quiet place nestled away from the buzzing of kathmandu and yet being at walk-in distance from either transportation or 20 minutes walk to Thamel. Jyoti also is a fantastic kind human adding value to the world.

Had a fantastic stay! The property is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city. It’s clean, well-maintained, and has a cozy, welcoming feel. Dolma was a super host—friendly & attentive. Highly recommend!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Shristee's place! The apartment was more spacious than I expected, it was clean and well-equipped. The location was perfect, it was close to Jhamsikhel, with plenty of lovely shops and restaurants within walking distance. Communication with Shristee and her mom, Jayanti, was very easy. They were incredibly accommodating, promptly addressing any requests or questions we had. Since we stayed for three weeks, they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, providing extra bed sheets, towels, additional kitchen items, and even a small bathtub for my 5-month-old. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay. We’d gladly return for another visit!

In such a busy city as Kathmandu, Pratima's place offers peace and quiet in a lovely neighbourhood. And with lovely views as well. The location was perfect for my circumstances, and Pratima was a very responsive and hospitable host.

I love this little gem in Kathmandu - Jason and his family make you feel at home every moment. They were helping me with every single detail during my stay. The place was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The unit is great, everything was like in description, beautiful surroundings, peaceful atmosphere, lovely views from rooftop, fully furnished kitchen(at least there were everything i needed), a lot of space for living in comfort, wonderful, responsible housekeeper and host. It is also in walkable distance from Patan Darbar Square and mangal bazar where I liked spending time with a cup of masala tea 😁 l was satisfied with everything so that stayed there almost two months. One of our best Airbnb experience till date. very polite and considerate host, everything in walking distance, and you can hear the birds chirping from early morning to late evenings. It's a great place for families, we stayed over two weeks with our 10-month old without any issues. Everything is as described, and even some of our unreasonable requests (like having a bigger stove, a few more utensils, etc.) were met without any fuss. The only drawback is lack of power back-up, but power cuts happened only 2-3 times during our whole stay, for 10-15 mins only (an emergency light is included, so it's manageable).

Rajendra and Dayi are two very responsive and attentive hosts! I highly recommend them 100%, and I will definitely stay at their place again on my next visit to Kathmandu. Their house is ideally located, away from the noisy center of Kathmandu.
