Large kitchen ready to host family meals! Open living room space is perfect for relaxing and watching the sun rise and set. Bring your own boat, we have room for your trailer. Please NO pets or smoking indoors.

Relax at this unique & tranquil getaway in Titus. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, & fishing!! This quaint, fully remodeled lake front cottage has a covered patio perfect for morning bird watching, afternoon cocktails, & a sunset dinner. It is next to the community boat ramp & has a very large circle driveway to hold multiple vehicles with boat trailers. The grounds have mature trees for shade throughout the day & has plenty of locally sourced native plants to attract of butterflies & birds
