We had a wonderful stay and experience with Sarah and her family. The entire family was so friendly and helpful, taking extra time to introduce us to all the farm animals and bringing out the incredibly cute baby goats for us to pet and play with! It was really fun visiting the farm animals with my son every morning and evening. Great way to start and finish the day. Sarah (and Marcy!) is an excellent communicator and I can’t say enough about the kindness and thoughtfulness with how she ran the Airbnb. We appreciated her good nature and easy conversations.

We loved the farm house and had a fantastic time. It was decorated so cool and was clean. Such a fun experience walking the farm and seeing all the animals . Theresa and Harlem do a fantastic job and are so down to earth and friendly. Would highly recommend the farm house !! Can't wait until our next visit.

Beautiful location and lots of open space. Exactly as shown in the photographs. Very clean and functional space. Great house for kids. You're right on the water with a gorgeous view. This place was surprisingly rustic yet elegant. The main room has that rustic look and feel with the tile and knotty pine very nicely done. It has a full kitchen as well as a large space to lounge and dining area. A quaint guest bedroom and full bath. The master bedroom and bath is glorious. Well decorated again with a blend of knotty pine and hickory cabinets. Large jacuzzi tub and a ginormous shower that leaves every crack and crevice clean as a whistle (water comes at you from all sides). The horse trainers were extremely friendly and it was so neat to see a beautiful champagne color horse being trained right there. We highly recommend this literal barndominium. what a great place we would love to come when the trees are green or in the fall.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. We had plenty of space to hang out and relax with the family to celebrate my sisters graduation. Location was centrally located and nearby everything. Highly recommend this location for a great stay in Joplin.

Merre's farmhouse was perfect for our needs! There was 15 of us ladies. We were all very comfortable in the sleeping areas...every room was pretty spacious. There were two full bathrooms downstairs and the hot water never ran out! The kitchen was well stocked and easy for more than a few people to maneuver in. The living space was a little tight for all of us at once but still cozy enough to want to gather. The farm itself was so quaint and a great getaway from the hustle and bustle. Everyone was very satisfied with our stay...I never heard a single complaint! Merre is a gracious and attentive host and we can't wait to visit again! We are already talking about next year! Thank you Merre for helping make our weekend such a great success full of memories!
