Artsy Homestay at Sky Habitat is a high-rise & low-density apartment in downtown Johor Bahru, Malaysia. It has an excellent location within walking distance to R&F Mall, City Square and Checkpoint. The apartment is cozy, well-lit, and cooling. You can relax and unwind in the spectacular city view at the Sky Garden or enjoy yourself at the covered pool without the concern of sunburn. There're many restaurants and grocery store you can find at the nearby mall with a few minutes walk.

The ONLY apartment in Johor Bahru with shaded sky bridge connected between CIQ complex and R&F princess cove apartment. 5 mins walk to CIQ Complex & City Square (~700m long). 2nd floor of R&F mall. 20-30 mins drive to Legoland, Bukit Indah, Pasir Gudang. Right below the apartment is R&F shopping mall with a lot of food and beverage outlets, Jaya Grocery, Watson, 7-11 for your convenience.
