The Mount Bate site consists of a 2018 Jayco 175RD SLX trailer equipped with all the basic amenities: a gazebo with patio lighting, a BBQ, and a propane fire table. This site also has a private path leading to a sitting area with patio chairs.

This cozy bungalow is equipped with a full kitchen and bathroom with tub and shower. One queen bed in the loft but due to it being a loft there is limited head space and a steep ladder staircase to access it so not safe for small children or people with mobility issues. The couch in the living room pulls out into a double bed for extra sleeping space. Kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sugar and salt and pepper.
