This unique studio space has an open floor plan, murphy bed, vaulted ceilings and custom kitchen. Located one mile from campus corner, downtown and the University of Oklahoma there is easy access to stores, restaurants, museums and a 25 minute drive to Oklahoma City.

Unique private guest suite comprising the entire 950 sq. ft. of the whole upstairs of the home with its own private entrance. Come and go as you please. The suite features a full kitchen, a bath with a shower and separate tub, a large living room with a fireplace, a dining area and a bedroom with a queen bed and a balcony. There is an area off the dining area with a double daybed which can be sealed off with the sliding closet doors. The suite features your own central heat and air units.

The Pony is a quiet and secluded cabana with beautiful garden and pool. The ambiance, the outdoor space, and neighborhood make this the ideal location for exploring the best of Norman. "Fully remodeled 2-bedroom apt near campus and downtown Norman. Pool now open, subject to closure for weather or maintenance. Photo ID required for all guests. Quiet hours 10 pm to 8 am. No weapons on property. No pets or smoking allowed. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for any violations, including smoke odor or related items like cigarette butts. This applies to the unit and all common areas.
