Timberframe on Farm Lexington, KY Solar Power

Our home and farm is very secluded and overlooks the KY River situated on the top of the Palisades. Minutes from Lexington, Keeneland, Shaker Village, Bluegrass Airport and the Bourbon Trail 5 bedrooms, vaulted ceilings, a 3000 SF home with screened porch and a hot tub. We have a good layout for wheelchairs and a portable wheelchair ramp if needed. Fire Pit, hot tub and hiking trails available. We use solar power for our energy needs! Our pond has no fish but we can direct u to a place to fish!

Only minutes from Kroger field and 15 min to Keeneland. The warm and inviting floor plan offers plenty of room for entertainment. Home is equipped with new luxury Tempurpedic mattresses 4 king beds, 2 queens and 2 air mattresses. This house has a vaulted screen porch overlooking the park-like back yard which opens freely to Merrick Park . Patio is set up to BBQ and enjoy your favorite sports with an outdoor TV. Serene barn loft in the heart of the Bluegrass

Relax and unwind in this charming barn loft nestled amidst 13 rolling acres on Honey & Vine Farm. This loft is the ideal honeymoon and anniversary space! Enjoy coffee in the morning from Adirondack chairs overlooking the pond, spectacular sunsets from the deck, and absolute serenity in this peaceful setting. Luxury lake house with must see view

This 3791sqft home on Herrington Lake is a new rental with brand new furnishings throughout as of May 2023. You'll see the lake as soon as you pull into the drive, the view is simply breathtaking. With a large driveway and additional large parking pad complete with electrical outlets for electric cars there is plenty of parking so bring your boat/jet skis. Don't have a boat? There are 4 nearby marinas that offer boat rentals, dining, and activities. The closest is only 3 minutes away!

The River Side Lodge- with private boat dock!

Welcome to The River Side Lodge at the Palisades! Relax and fish by the the river on your own private dock, roast marshmallows by the fire, play in our game room, grill out over looking the beautiful view, or just cuddle up on the couch Netflix and chill 😎 This property offers fun for the whole family, or a sweet get away for couples. While this area is a quiet little getaway surrounded by nature, it is only a 25 minute drive from Lexington and 15 minutes from Nicholasville!
