Laguna Lodge Waterfront Holiday Unit 1

Uniquely designed. We have 6 units which are 2 bedroom & self contained. They all wrap around the great large deck which flows onto the covered communal BBQ area which overlooks the tranquillity of the inlet and our private jetty. Each unit offers a fully functional kitchen, bathroom, lounge and dining area. There is a communal laundry with a coin operated washing machine & dryer. There is off street car parking. Our Property is 1 1/4 acres providing a safe, great play area for the children.

This a very unique property . The studio is in the grounds of one of the first houses in Sanctuary Point, built in the early 1950's. THERE ARE NO SHARED SPACES. THERE'S THREE SEPERATE BUILDINGS . STUDIO, BATHROOM/WC/LAUNDRY and OUTDOOR KITCHEN. You'll have the exclusive use of "'The Studio", bathroom/laundry facilities (20 steps from The Studio). Outdoor cooking facilities include , Cooktop, HW, sink, BBQ and fridge. The bathroom/toilet is in a separate building 20 steps across the lawn.

Our cosy cottage adjoins Booderee National Park and overlooks St. George's Basin. Jervis Bay is just over the hill. You will have kangaroos for neighbours and the Kookaburras drop in every afternoon. TV, radio and the internet are there if you can drag yourself away from all the other activities. There's a pizza oven and a fire pit in the back yard just waiting for you to make your own special homemade pizza. We are now offering considerable discounts for longer stays.
