Less than 1 minute from Santa's Village, access to snowmobile trails from the house, close to popular ski resorts and lots of hiking including NH's 4000 footers. Featuring cabin-style rooms on a farm with mountain views from the top of the world. We abut hiking, snowmobile, and ATV trails. With goats and chickens in the barn, wild berries in the fields, and all kinds of wildlife, the Berlin Trails Farm sits just up Cates Hill from the scenic Androscoggin - great for fishing, canoeing, and white water rafting. We are surrounded by hundreds of acres of meadows, wilderness, peaceful natural ambience. We stock our own eggs and local breakfast foods! WOW!

Bretton Woods & Cannon are a short drive. Hiking trails, lakes, ski, & snowmobile trails all close by! Close to Littleton, Bethlehem, & Lancaster! Enjoy the landscaped back yard w/ fire pit & screened in patio. Hang inside & enjoy the view from the sunroom, or snuggle up on the couch in the cozy living room with wood stove.

Androscoggin Annex is a 2/3 bedroom 2 bath home conveniently located in the Berlin Mills/Heritage Park area with a view of the beautiful Androscoggin River and Mahoosuc Mountains of Maine. The home can accommodate 8 guests. There is ample parking for your trucks and trailers. Ride to Jericho Park and points north from the driveway. Within 1 hour to Sunday River, Cannon, Loon, and 25 minutes to Wildcat. Great location for a hikers basecamp. We are a short drive to numerous hiking trails.

After your day of fun, head back to relax and unwind, play some games, prepare a meal, or sit by the fire pit and simply soak in the atmosphere.

Camp Ursus rustic and peaceful

One room cabin with all the necessities. At initial entrance, you are in the screened in porch. This offers your firewood close to carry, many cozy chairs to lounge, and a get away from the summer bugs. Camp door is locked with a coded lock. Upon entry of camp you will be met with a welcoming home like feel. The only thing you will need are drinking water and sleeping bags. Bunks are fitted with clean linens. Come! Come enjoy camp living! NOTE: outhouse for bathroom duties. :)
