This 2,700sqft home is ideal for groups traveling for weekend events! It is a perfect home-base option for relaxing, sharing meals, cleaning up, and sleeping between events. If your group will be spending most of your time in the house, it is ideal for groups of 12 or less. However, we do have sleeping space for up to 16! Our open floor plan on the main floor allows everyone to be together. And, if you need more space, our large back yard is perfect for games and enjoying the Ohio Valley weather

Feel free to grab a few eggs for breakfast if there are eggs in the nesting boxes.
