The House of BLUE

Welcome to The House of Blue. Completely renovated and stylishly outfitted for up to 10 people and an infant. Enjoy a roaring fire and let the kids roast marshmallows on the patio fire pit and tucker themselves out playing in the large fenced back yard. They will sleep soundly in the bunk room with a dbl lower bunk, twin upper and additional full size air mattress. Two additional bedrooms have queen beds. Extra large & super comfy couch can sleep another guest. Kitchen seats 4. D/R seats 7.

Best location Summer Rental

We are in California during the summer and rent out our home May-mid August. Our home sleeps 6 comfortably. We ask that you help take care of the home as if it were your own as we leave a lot of our personal items there. We are located 1 minute from Birmingham's best shopping area, The Summit with lots of great shopping, a theater and restaurants.There are also a handful of restaurants you can walk to from our house. Like Alabama Biscuit, Miss Myras BBQ, Crestline Bagel, and El Zun Zun.

The Brewery District Bungalow

Newly renovated bungalow in beautiful neighborhood of Forest Park. Blackout curtains/blinds in all 3 bedrooms. Close to everything downtown while still in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. 5 min drive to center of town. 8min drive to UAB. 3 min drive or short walk to all of the following: 3 breweries (Includes Popular Avondale and Cahaba Breweries), 2 parks, Avondale entertainment district, or the more quaint Forest Park restaurant district.. Ring doorbell on front door for security.

Perfect House For Groups - 4 Suites, 8 Beds, 5 TVs

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Spectacular location, overlooking the 10th green at Oxmoor Valley's RIDGE golf course. Our brand new home was built specifically for groups; 4 Master Suites, 8 Queen Beds, Pool Table, 5 HDTV's, 10 ft ceilings, over 3,200 SF. The amenities are all 1st Class, and the floor-plan is a Wide Open Concept. There's plenty of room for everyone inside, or enjoy the putting green outside! We have 3 "Oster Golf Houses" in Birmingham to accommodate groups from 4 to 20.

Cheerful Avondale Bungalow

A charming home on the most beautiful tree lined street in Avondale - a short jaunt to the center of the action. Avondale is THE place to be rn - heart of music scene, breweries, bars, restaurants & Avondale Park! 5 min away from UAB & downtown. Stylish but warm - quality furnishings, fine linens, etc. Stocked kitchen, patio, carport with EV plug, child friendly. Atmosphere is calming, it’s disposition cheery and it gives off the happiest of vibes. Welcome to the Butterfly House.

Spacious, Family-Friendly Retreat 4 miles from the Hoover Met and Finley Center, 7 miles from RTJ Golf Trail and conveniently located off the interstate for game day. Our 4000 sq. ft home is in a prime location, offering easy access to local attractions. With 2.5 acres of space, there's plenty of room to park and relax. Traveling with kids? We provide a high chair, booster seat, pack and play, etc. A great stop for families looking for convenience and space near all the action!

Cozy Southside Cottage

Come stay in our beautiful 2 bedroom house right in the heart of Southside Birmingham. Blocks away from 5 points South, downtown, the medical district, and UAB. This beautiful private home offers all you could want on your visit to our awesome city. Incredibly comfortable beds, a mid-century modern style, a screened in front porch, and a private back patio with a fire pit and off street parking. This location can not be beat if you’re really wanting to experience Birmingham!

Crestwood Casa: Amazing Spa bathroom & HOT TUB

Welcome to one of the cutest houses in one of the coolest neighborhoods in all of Birmingham. Crestwood is located less than 10 min from the airport, UAB, downtown, and a plethora of fantastic restaurants, breweries and nightlife venues. This home is located in an adorable little neighborhood 5 minutes from the heart of Avondale. It features a large master bedroom with a fun hidden bookshelf doorway and a luxurious spa like bathroom. Open to longer term rental.
