The Patriot Hills Farmhouse is situated in the lower level of our farmhouse built in 1920. Lovingly remodeled into a cozy and comfortable space that is just under 800 square feet the area sleeps up to 5 people. You have your own separate entrance, side yard and patio to enjoy. At the entrance to Patriot Hills Golf Course and conveniently located to Carson Newman University, UT, Douglas and Cherokee Lakes, and Jefferson Memorial Hospital. Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Gatlinburg, are not far away!

We are located in Jefferson City, TN about 25 minutes away from the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Heading west we are only 30 minutes from Knoxville. Our cozy tiny home has all of the basic necessities you will need during your visit such as full bathroom, bedroom with queen size bed, kitchen sink, tv and Wi-Fi.

This studio is on the lower level of our home with a private entrance and driveway. It is the only space on this level. It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and an expansive private covered porch with bed swing and two seating areas. Guests staying 2 nights or more will receive a thank you gift. You will be staying just off I-40 and minutes (20-40) from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge (Dolllywood), and Gatlinburg. We are less than a mile from Douglas Lake.

A Stay On Brentwood

This location is in the heart of Morristown with a variety of restaurants and quick access to interstate 40 and interstate 81. With the Néw interstate access, the drive to pigeon Forge is about 45 but could be longer depending on traffic. Guest are encouraged to allow more time during peak season ( March- December ) This listing is NOT a good fit for small or toddler children because of the kitchenette and fireplace.

Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located studio apartment. This is a studio apartment. It is newly renovated and setup to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The kitchen contains a coffee bar so that you can start your day with a fresh cup of coffee.

Cozy Lakefront Cottage with Mountain Views

Come relax & enjoy our charming cottage on the main channel of Douglas Lake. Experience breathtaking sunsets, lakeside bonfires, & refreshing dips in the cool water. Please note, the water level is highest from May-August. This home accommodates 4 adults max & 3 children. The dock does NOT have water at it during winter/early spring drawdown (typically Oct–April). Guests can still walk to the shoreline.
