Philippa's B&B Pension House is an 11 room accommodation located in Brgy Burgos Mabini Plaza Lapaz, Iloilo City. We are a 3 mins walk from the Lapaz Plaza, 5 min walk to Lapaz Public Market, Jollibee and grocery/pharmacy named MerryMart; and a 10 min walk to Gaisano Iloilo City. Uptown place general Luna.The property is in heart of the city with S M city within 1 mile and a Robinson mall 5 minutes away. there's also many restaurants lovely river walks all on your door step. there's a 7 a 11 on the car park . the uptown place benefits with excellent amenities, pool , gym great parking. the property benefits with a balcony and a lovely view. 10 miles from Iloilo International Airport. there is also 24 hour security guards.

Double Room with FREE breakfast (good for 2)

Tely's Bed & Breakfast is a 19-room accommodation located in Brgy. Sambag, Jaro, Iloilo City. We are 20 minutes away from Iloilo International Airport (we offer airport shuttle service!) The location is accessible by car, taxi cab, and jeepney. The ground floor of the building houses our lobby, breakfast room, a laundry shop, and a restaurant. Homey, relaxing and peaceful residential area.

It's a two story house painted white and biege at the exterior. A lady care taker is always around to provide all needs and cook for the guest. Can do laundry and other chores. Large living room area at the ground and second floor. Large room at the second floor with inside toilet & bath, a balcony and open/covered verandas.
