A pristine living area and convenient to Busch Gardens and Williamsburg make this a good choice. Plenty of room. The beds were good, bathrooms very clean, and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. Nice appliances. Lots of sitting area.

We enjoyed our stay at Colonial Retreat, located in a safe quiet neighborhood and a convenient distance to most attractions. The house is clean, cozy and comfortable, with modern accommodations. The host provided all the basic essentials and the house rules were clear and reasonable. We would love to visit again.

Charlene is a wonderful and very responsive host. This was our second time staying there when we visit Williamsburg. The location is great and only a few minutes from everything. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our week. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Fantastic place! Very close to Colonial Williamsburg. Place is a bit secluded which is great after a full day of sightseeing. Nice to come back to a little oasis. Very clean, well stocked. Host very responsive, pleasant and flexible. Recommend it highly!

This home was a great location for us to enjoy all the sites in the area-it was easy to get to and parking was superb. The house was clean and orderly. Our family had plenty of space and was very comfortable for the weekend when we were visiting. Our dog was at ease the entire time at the house and loved walking the neighborhood among all the other local pups. The beds were comfy, clean, and well appointed. My boys loved the room with twin beds. All Linens and towels were clean. Thank you for our stay and helping us to enjoy a great family weekend in Williamsburg.

Hutch’s Bluff is a wonderful place to stay and the hosts make sure you have everything you need so you can relax. This was our second visit and we look forward to coming back. The views are amazing and the surroundings are so peaceful. I can’t recommend Hutch’s Bluff enough if you are looking for a quiet place to get away from the daily grind.

We were looking for a place to have some family time and some rest and relaxation and man did we find it. The house was cute, close by to everything. spacious loved the hominess and that it allowed us to create lots of memories with those we love. Hoping we can make the trip again.

We had a great stay! The house was clean ans quiet, and the kitchen had all of the essentials you would need (spices, condiments, etc.). The house is close to all of the major attractions/downtown Williamsburg! The deck and fenced-in backyard were perfect for our toddler and pup!

The cottage was perfect for our purposes. We traveled to Williamsburg to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from William and Mary. The main room provided plenty of space for family gatherings and the kitchen was stocked with basic cookware, dishes, and cutlery. Since we rented both units, we borrowed chairs and kitchen items from the smaller unit so we could all eat together in the larger unit. The beds were very comfortable. There was parking for three cars for the two units.

Brad and Sara have a lovely, spacious two-bedroom condo conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores, and the downtown area. First, the check-in process was exceptionally smooth. Russell at the front desk was very polite and welcoming, and he even allowed us to check in two hours early. The beds were incredibly comfortable! My husband, who has hip problems, reported having the best sleep he's had in years! I made a note of the mattress brand so we could purchase one for home. We received discounted tickets to Busch Gardens Christmas Town, which was cold, but delightful. On the first night, I enjoyed the wonderful soaking jacuzzi tub. I should mention that we are seasoned travelers, and at 65 (and my 90-year-old mother, who traveled with us), we have high standards and would not hesitate to depart from any accommodation that failed to meet our expectations. We have stayed multiple times at Vonda’s. She is an exceptional host and always so thoughtful and accommodating! We love how close her place is to Busch Gardens. We have stayed at both her places, will never stay anywhere else when we are in town! Highly recommended

Beautiful condo. Very clean & updated. Most comfy bed we have ever had @ an Airbnb ( and we have stayed in many). Very quiet & peaceful.

My family enjoyed our visit! Location was great with lots of activities on site such as tennis mini golf, basketball. It was too early for pools to be open outside, but they looked very nice. Staff was very friendly and super helpful!

Our stay at the Wyndham resort in Williamsburg was wonderful! We had adjoining one and two bedroom condos which suited our group perfectly. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well stocked, and the resort activities exceeded our expectations with a wide variety of equipment available to borrow. We spent one day at Busch Gardens, one day at the resort, and one day at Water Country which made for a perfect balance of activity and relaxation! Dylan was friendly, helpful, and always responded to any questions and inquiries. Highly recommend and hope to return in the future!

Super amazing host! they even called the day of check in and check out! They went above and beyond to accommodate me. place was clean and spacious! probably one of the larger resorts we have stayed at. The spare sun room is truly lime a third bedroom. There are multiple pools and the indoor cotton is amazing! Great fitness center and walking distant to amusement parks! Perfect find!

My family and I loved our stay. We usually book 2 hotel rooms, but having the full kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 full baths, and 2 separate bedrooms worked so much better for our family. My baby was even able to take her naps while we enjoyed playing games and baking. There are also many attractions in the area and lots of good restaurants.

Amazing experience! communication was amazing! I'm a firm believer that communication sets the tone for an experience. The resort is beautiful! the amenities were top tier. The biweekly poolside party was a hit with the family. We felt safe and very welcomed. Great experience!

Gayle’s place was a great location to stay at with our dog!!! Great neighborhood to walk him in and the marina/beach is an added bonus! Gayle was very communicative and check in was easy. The space of the condo was great for a family and large dog! We will definitely be staying again!

We had an amazing early Mother’s Day weekend at this beautiful Airbnb located in Kingsmill Resort. The setting was peaceful and scenic—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. We enjoyed morning coffee on the patio, strolls around the resort grounds, we used door dash for dinner. Dave was thoughtful and attentive, making our stay smooth and stress-free. This was such a special way to celebrate Mother’s Day, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

When our first reservation fell through, Nadine quickly helped us secure a place for our family of six and was incredibly responsive to all our needs. Our unit was perfect for us — much bigger than I expected for a two bedroom, and the pools were also a big hit. Location is central to Williamsburg sights.

The condo was very clean with all necessary essentials. We loved sitting on the porch watching the wildlife, especially the numerous ospreys. It is centrally located, only a short drive to historic Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. Plan for about a day at each to fully enjoy everything. The grounds of the resort are lovely and a great place to walk or ride bikes. Rodica was very easy to communicate with and was most helpful with all checking instructions, especially with our late arrival. We would definitely like to return.
