Kingsmill 2bd2ba Condo on Golf Course 9th Fairway!

This beautiful, 2B2Ba condo is 1400 sq.ft. in the exclusive Kingsmill neighborhood. This 1st floor unit has two master suites w/ king beds. One features a luxurious bathroom w/ a walk-in shower & dual shower heads, the other has a shower/tub combo as well as a private patio, stepping out onto the 9th Fairway. The open-concept living space has dining for 6, a queen sleeper sofa, a fully stocked kitchen, and an additional private patio. Golf course views from anywhere in the main living space!

Williamsburg Colonies Resort, 4BR, 4BA

The Colonies at Williamsburg Resort consists of 288 two-bedroom (or 144 four-bedroom) condominiums spread across 27 low-rise buildings. Buildings vary between two and three floors with no elevators. This ad is for weekly rentals beginning on a weekend. Williamsburg is ideal for a family vacation as there is so much to do in the area. You must pay for 7 nights. If you prefer a 2BR unit for up to 6 people, the price will be lower. Please ask me to confirm pricing and availability before reserving.

This large condominium is located within the Williamsburg Vacation Villages. You'll enjoy all the amenities of home in addition to many recreational opportunities at the resort. The Aquatic Center, such as an indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, and locker rooms with saunas. Also available are tennis and basketball courts, three large free-form pools, and outdoor hot tubs. In and around Williamsburg are historical sites, golf, shopping, food, entertainment, and gorgeous scenery.

Walk to beach lovely 2/2 in "Kingsmill on James"

Lovely, quiet, large ground floor 2 bdrm 2 full bath condo in "Kingsmill on the James" (also available as a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom!) Beautiful tree and Audubon bird sanctuaries, trails. Condo backs to greenbelt, within walking distance to Kingsmill's beach, spa, marina, Café. **please note condo is in "Kingsmill on the James", not Kingsmill Resort...there's spa and beach access, for dogs too, but not pool... to use pool and resort, please book directly through the resort

Located in the beautiful Kingsmill resort, this charming two bedrooms, two baths condo with stunning views over the pond is only a few minutes away from CW, Busch Gardens, water country, William and Maryand other Williamsburg attractions. All Kingsmill amenities are not included as they are strictly for Kingsmill residents Guests have access to the Spa and to the Mill Coffee House which is within walking distance from the condo and serves breakfast and lunch every day..

Wyndham Kingsgate (3 BD LO)

The Wyndham Kingsgate resort is less than a mile away from Historic Williamsburg and seven miles from Busch Gardens. The resort has a friendly staff that is available 24/7. The unit we have available for rent is a spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath lock off with a separate living and dining rooms, private balconies, washer/dryer and a full kitchen. . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.
