A lot of "bang for your buck" with this stay. The apartment is generously sized and the kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed making our meals in the well equipped kitchen with a window overlooking the ocean. The garden is absolutely gorgeous with a stunning waterview. The hosts provide a variety of comfortable outside seating options from which to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Roomy, comfy and clean; good bed. Though I didn’t use the kitchen much, it appeared well equipped. Easy drive to downtown Victoria and a 15-20 minute walk to Esquimalt shopping and coffee places. The neighbourhood is residential, pretty, and very quiet - provided a peaceful respite after busy days. The ocean-side park at the bottom of the street is a nice bonus.

Haven’t really stayed in many airbandb’s but this was bright and cheery and spotlessly clean. Easy walk to great restaurants and our own parking spot right out our door. .

Stayed here with my mom, sister, and cousin and we had a great time! Beautiful views and so peaceful. The building was very grand feeling, the apartment was very clean and comfortable. Cindy was a great host, easy to chat with and quick to respond. Loved the location, made it easy to fly and take the ferry for a day trip!

It was a pleasure to stay in such an amazing and beautiful place. The property is literally right on the beach, offering an incredible view of the lake and surrounded by forest. There are plenty of activities available: brand-new kayaks, swimming in the lake, hiking, basketball, tennis, and more. Shops are within walking distance. Everything was perfect, especially the friendly, home-like hosting. The property has everything you could need — and even more! We will definitely come back in the summer!! Excellent place!

This is a special property. It is very peaceful and there is so much wildlife in the water just a few steps down from the beach house. The paddle boards and kayaks make it that much more special to enjoy. It was also nice to prepare meals inside in the kitchen and outside using the grill and outdoor seating. Ken is very friendly and will make you feel right at home.

unreal, honestly. top 3 airb&bs we stayed at. we ended up booking a 3rd night because it was so amazing. would stay again and may do in May.

The house and surrounding area were beautiful. The pictures don't do it justice. We sat outside and watched the wildlife every morning. Would definitely recommend it and stay there again. Just the view is worth the cost. I'd say the place was a little dusty considering the cleaning fee you pay. Also, the bed in the room we stayed in (not the main bedroom) was very uncomfortable and I had issues with my back after the second night. I'd defilingly recommend they replace their towels as the ones provided were way past their useful life. Otherwise we had a great time and it was a wonderful space to come back to at the end of the day.

Beautiful and convenient location for our Victoria trip. Lake view and private dock was a bonus. We went during Thanksgiving so we appreciated the view and hot tub. Only complaint was the very limited cooking pans and pots

A lovely place, in a secluded and beautiful spot surrounded by woods, but within a short walk to a gorgeous cove on the water.

Gorgeous spot and amazing view. Very isolated so if you are after quiet and tranquil beauty, this is the place for you. The bathroom was huge and the bed was super soft.

My wife and I had a phenomenal stay at this Airbnb. Nestled in the city's heart, it provided a stunning view of the iconic Empress Hotel. The apartment was comfortably furnished, feeling like a second home. The outdoor patio was a unique highlight. Surrounded by trees, it served as a peaceful oasis amid the urban bustle. The pool and hot tub access added a layer of luxury, perfect for relaxation after city exploration. Our hosts were attentive, ensuring our comfort at every step. Nice place. Great location Closet was small and furnishings were a bit out of scale and dated. Pillows were mis matched. Kitchen was clunky with no oven just a toaster oven. Noise from the garage door and cars coming and going was irritating. Kit drawer did not work, and drawer front was separated. Threshold to bath was splintered. Overall just needed some careful maintenance.

The day of check in there was a snow storm. There was communication all day regarding the condition of the road. They managed to have all the snow cleared and sidewalk salted in time for a early check in. They also followed up to make sure everything was ok. The space has a beautiful view of the bay from the living areas and bedroom. The utilities are new and modern. Very comfortable and would defiantly recommended it to anyone looking for a peaceful stay outside of city limits.

The apartment was perfect. Great location at such an excellent cost. Would highly recommend anyone visiting Victoria.

Highly recommend! We stayed here as 5 adult siblings for 4 days. Check in was easy, plenty of parking (even with my large truck), exactly as described, beds were comfy, even the Murphy bed in the wall. View of the bay and sea planes, walkable to everything. Shower pressure was great and plenty of hot water to go around for the 5 of us. We had a wonderful time!

Cannot be the comfort and location of this place! Spacious, spotless, stylish. The den/snug room was private and comfortable enough that my preteen daughter felt she had her own room and the pullout couch was comfortable for her (she’s very tall, so would be for an adult as well). The view of the water is everything, we enjoyed seals and otters and sunsets on the patio. Anything you need is so close and walkable and feels very safe.
