Walking distance to local cafes, supermarket, parks, pub, post office, parks, golf course, tennis courts. It is completely self contained with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom/loungeroom with TV/DVD, air conditioning, ceiling fan. One of the only listings to have a pool in Kiama Downs. Pet-friendly, large space for 2 people with a kitchenette, fridge, combined dining, and living area with a bedroom with a queen bed. Inclusions on your stay are a coffee maker with coffee pods and teas, kettle, washing machine, microwave, cooktop, flat-screen TV, wi-fi, and Netflix. The pool is yours to use (not shared) with direct access to Jones Beach. No more than 2 medium sized dogs please. Please note unit is lower floor of house.

This gorgeous Stone cottage has been built from the local stone collected from the surrounding land. Built with recycled timbers and antique building materials it looks like it has been there for more than a century. It has just been fully renovated and has all new appliances. Our Guest House is located at Dunmore Lakes, 1.5hr drive from Sydney, and is ideally a short drive to local beaches and villages, such as The Farm at Killalea, Shellharbour Village, South Beach, Minnamurra Rainforest, Kiama Village which boasts numerous cafe's and Restaurants along the main street. The beautiful town of Berry is also a twenty minute drive away. Jamberoo is a great little village featuring the iconic Jamberoo Pub, and the renowned Action Ski Park.

Falls Cottage was built by a Jamberoo local in the 1980s and has grown in charm and character with every passing year. We have lovingly restored it with a country cottage kitchen, hand crafted interior finishes, a comfortable mezzanine bedroom and a deck and barbeque area to maximise guests’ enjoyment of the beautiful rainforest surrounds.
