Refined, Serene Home in Jacksonville

Professionally decorated in a Mid-Century Modern style. Sleep soundly on Hungarian down pillows and BeautyRest Black mattresses made up with soft 600 thread-count Italian linens. Beautifully tiled bathroom offering Turkish towels, bathrobes, and luxe sundries. Living room and full kitchen with gas stove and quartz counter tops. Step outside to a private yard with outdoor eating area and cozy fire pit. Other amenities include three flat-screen Smart TV's, cable, WIFI, washer and dryer and so much more. Come and enjoy! You'll have this complete private cottage to yourself with private (and ample) parking. Come and go as you please in complete privacy. Self Check-in Available I'm available, if needed. I typically give a complete walk through of the property. For busy travelers, special arrangements can be made to stock the kitchen with additional supplies such as eggs, juice, special drinks. Our goal is to provide you with wonderful service. Let us know how we may help you have a terrific stay. The house is set in a laid-back neighborhood with a mix of shopping and dining within walking distance to Jacksonville's historic core. Ashland and Oregon Shakespeare Festival are a 15 minute drive away. 9% City Guest Tax will be applied to nightly rate & any additional charges. Tax is billed at arrival and must be paid via cash or check before departure. Airbnb is not allowed to collect this tax in advance.

A unique off grid experience awaits you at our eco-friendly solar powered tiny home on 6 secluded acres. The home site is perfectly cut into a groove in the hillside 200 feet above the valley below allowing for beautiful Mountain views and amazing privacy with no visible neighbors other than the variety of local wildlife. Enjoy the outdoor soaking tubs, wood fired sauna and a seasonal plunge pool. Just a short 5 minute drive to the lovely town of Rogue River and access to I-5. Pet friendly too!

Originally constructed in 1861, the historic B.F. Dowell house has been beautifully revived. Situated within walking distance of downtown, the home provides guests with easy access to the towns charming cultural fixtures as well as a variety of quaint stores. The market across the street may help guests utilize the homes large, well-equipped kitchen. Full baths adjoin each bedroom, an additional bathroom adjoins a laundry room. The homes porch opens to a patio that accompanies a spacious lawn.

Welcome to your private cabin up in the trees, just 3 miles from sought after Historic Jacksonville, Oregon-where award winning restaurants, wineries, and adventures await! Stay for a few days or a couple months and we will take care of you just the same! Set among mature Madrones and Pines with views of the evergreen mountains, you will be using all your senses to discover what Oregon is all about. Lots of fun wildlife! Scenic and relaxing roadtrip stop-over!

This is a scenic stop between PDX and SF and its own destination. One guest says " Her home has a magic of its own." Simple, elegant, and a great base for wine-tasters, paraglider, or roadtrippers. If a house surrounded by nature, vineyards, paraglider pilots, creativity and occasional other travelers sounds interesting, you'll love it here. As a local tourism coordinator, I can direct you to the top attractions. Note: this is a self-contained unit but attached to the main house!
