Julie’s place was truly exceptional and by far our best experience at an Airbnb. Her place surpassed our expectations and it felt like we were staying at a beautiful resort. Everything was immaculate, extremely clean and tidy. Very private. Pool was wonderful and patio area allowed us to have fun and relax all day. 3 different grills to choose from was so great for our group of 5 since we love to eat in. Kitchen has every gadget and utensil you could ever need. Beautiful coffee station and well stocked pantry with spices and cooking oils. Great selection of board games for our family. Host was so easy to complicate with and always available. Absolutely would stay here again 10/10 couldn’t recommend more! Thank you Julie!

Clean, modern home with an open floor plan and lots of light. We stayed here in the winter so didn't take advantage of the pool and outside space, but it looks like it would be great in warmer weather. There's a 220 volt charger for electric vehicles, which we appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay. The only drawback was that there was no dining table or chairs, and eating on the sofas is not allowed. So you have to improvise if you want to have a meal together.

Spectacular views and lots of space and grandeur. Mixed art styles, some dust and clear signs of slight neglect, but mostly very well kept! All the rooms are as pictured, downtown Ashland is a 15-20 minute drive away. Some of the amenities were out of order, hard to figure out with no instructions, and /or didn’t work. Minor complaints mostly, because this is such a lovely location and property.

The house was exactly what our group was looking for. Plenty of things to do without leaving the property. Plenty of space for relaxation even amoungst a large group. Simple instructions, direct communication and overall ease of transaction were especially noticable. Checked all teh boxes for a memorable birthday weekend for my wife. Thanksm, Cody.

We came to Medford for a family reunion with my 93-year-old mother to visit a brother and family who live in a small house nearby. The pool was a wonderful spot for the children to play and wear themselves out while the adults visited. Shon was very responsive to questions and the place certainly met our needs for the rest of the family.

We really enjoyed our stay at Daniel and Shereen’s place. Loved the wine, treats and flowers left for us. They were very responsive to any questions or concerns.. the home had plenty to do. Loved the fireplace and hot tub with a private backyard. The only drawback I could possibly find was no area really for dogs to use in the backyard, but made it work with the front yard. Just had to keep her on a leash. I thought the sign in book was a fantastic touch for visitors to write in. First place I had seen that. Would definitely stay here in the future!

It's my 3rd time to Kyle's place in 18 months despite the 5h30m drive in each direction. That should tell you all you need to know. This place is a paradise, well appointed, equipped with everything you could possibly need, private, quiet, while still a very short drive from downtown Ashland and all it has to offer. We always have an amazing time here, Kyle is always super responsive, and we can't wait to be back!

We felt right at home at Jessica’s place from the moment we arrived. It’s a peaceful setting with stunning views. There’s plenty of room inside and out, with a relaxing hot tub and deck large enough for everyone to enjoy. We took advantage of the views while bbqing in the evenings.
