This was a great place in a nice neighborhood. The house its self was in great condition and was very cozy for our group. It had nice big bedrooms and space to hang out and visit. I would highly recommend it if you are staying in the Winder area. Ludmila's is a great host and everything was just like she said. She was very responsive and helpful getting us set up.

Very nice great location

Great stay at Spencer and Amy's cabin in the woods. Upon arrival we met co-host Kevin, who was outside refurbishing a rustic "hunting/man-cave" shed. Great co-host who was engaging and knowledgeable about the property and surrounding areas. Over the next few days we saw Kevin multiple times and engaged in some lively conversations. The cabin was as described and Tammy and I felt right at home. The cabin provided us all the necessities, ample linen and towels for our stay. We picked-up all our foodstuffs at the local Public market and grilled on the barbecue every night after our full days of attending the races at Road Atlanta. Communications was effective and Spencer and Amy were very forthcoming in ensuring we knew that any and all situations/concerns would be immediately addressed. This property was exactly what Tammy and I strive to find when we're away on our vacation trips; peaceful, clean, comfortable and reasonably priced.

What a really nice place to stay. Plenty of room, great neighborhood, and beautifilly furnished! Was perfect for our stay in the Atlanta area. I would highly recommend and definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time!!! the apartment was beautiful and so well done. Phil and Erin always respond when we had any questions even before we got there. Their directions where amazing ab spot on. The kiddos loved the pool, they where only upset they couldn't swim after 10p, but it was totally ok. We will totally be back!!

I stayed at the home with my groomsmen the day before for my wedding. The stay was amazing. The house was more spacious than the pictures suggested. Honestly, I would stay here with my wife. The place was very romantic and intimate. The place was a little cold and you cant control the thermostat. However, I was able to message Tania and within minutes she remedied the situation and adjusted the temperature. The place could use some household items that I couldn't find there (eg; iron, pizza cutter, etc). I loved the stay and i will be back!

We were in town for shows at the 40 Watt, which was a pleasant walk from this apartment. The host was welcoming, and the space had everything we needed.
