Conveniently located between Ski Resorts, Water Parks, Pocono Raceway, Casinos, Restaurants, Hiking & activites for any season! Private community includes well-maintained Lake Sinca, where you can relax on the beach, grill, fish, & kids can enjoy the playground. Our house offers a large patio deck, grill, firepit, foosball table, video games, or cozy up in front of the living room fireplace and TV!

Our 2 Bedroom end unit Townhouse w/ living/dining area, a brick wood burning fireplace, TV, cable and WIFI internet. The dining area for 6 with a grill for outdoor cooking. Fully stocked kitchen and full sized washer and dryer. The first floor master bedroom has a comfortable, queen size mattress, complete with all necessary bed and bath linens and towels .The Master bath is accessible through the master bedroom. The 2nd floor bedroom offers a Full and twin mattress &access to the 1/2 bath.
