Romantic villetta with the pool close to the sea

Modern villetta in Istria, across Brijuni near Pula. Surrounded by Mediterranean garden, ideal for a couple, but it can accommodate up to four people. Located 200m from the beach, the house offers wellness, rest and reconnecting with nature. In the house one can find everything needed for a relaxed vacation, and in the garden there are unique Biodesign pool, whirlpool, dining area and the grill. And a lot of greenery (we are nature and bee friendly). Property is fully fenced and pet friendly.

Authentic stone house Miro

House Miro is located in a picturesque village Rajki in central Istria, just 30km from both cities of Pula and Rovinj. This unique house was built in 1766 and is set at over 300m above the sea level. The house spans over 2 floors, with a separate outside kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house offers TV, air conditioning, dishwasher and washing machine. You can enjoy the outside fresh air from both sides and have a lovely barbecue in the backyard while overlooking Ucka mountain.

1-bedroom vacation home with free parking

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house in a very quiet neighborhood. It consists of a bedroom with a large double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa, a bathroom with a shower and a terrace. Parking is in the yard, free of charge. Apartmant is located only 15 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes drive to the cultural and historical city of Rovinj.

Casa Stella is located in the heart of the small village of Draguc. It has been in our family for almost 100 years and fully renovated in the 2023. The Tourist board of central Istria awarded 4 **** for this accommodation as it has all that is required for a pleasant stay.
