Villa Carla A2+1 by pool Studio apt

This studio apartment is actually standalone house on 32m2. Very nice place with everything you need. Situated at beginning of peninsula Verudela in Pula itself makes our little house even more attractive for a simple reason that this location and neighborhood is perfect. Offering a lot of restaurants, markets, very close to beaches and only 1,5 km from city center with tight bus connections, and despite this, our little house is in very quiet neighborhood. Robert and Vesna runs this place, and we are happy persons whose goal is your satisfaction. Our little house is ready for 2 + 1 persons, close to swimming pool which is free for use for all guests. Bedding, towels, kitchen utensils ... everything is included in the price. The nearest beach is only 400 m from Villa Carla. 17 km of beautiful beaches in the area, monuments and rich culture of the city, old town, and the amphitheater from the Roman era are just an additional guarantee that your vacation will be extraordinary. Simply, it has to be seen. And we are here to help you through every step in discovering the beauty of our city. What can you expect from our neighborhood? Well, there is a lot of restaurants and bars. You can rent bicycles, mopeds, cars, boats, etc. scuba diving, sports field, tennis, mini golf, wind surfing, and even boat that pulls the parachute, rides a small plane Boat trips: Venice, Islands Brijuni , Mali Losinj and Silba Road trip: Wine Road (wine tasting). Night life: a terrace with live music at Verudela and Golden Rock, disco, ... Events: amphitheater Arena (concerts and film festivals) Best of all is that everything is at walking distance and can be organized from Villa Carla.

Nadia's house, Pićan (Istria)

Neat, newly restored house. Large living room with fire place, two bedrooms with separate AC units and big terrace with table and outdoor grill. WIFI, Sat-TV, two sofas in living room and two portable cribs. Situated in Pićan, former seat of a historical diocese. Peaceful, quiet area in the Central Istria suits as a perfect place to rest and enjoy free time with family and friends. Moreover, it can also be a good starting point to reach Rovinj, Pula or Rabac. NEW: Two new bikes for our guests!

APARTAMENT VIOLETA- 250M FROM THE BEACH

Our apartament is in the town Rovinj that has begun its romantic life on an island, narrow streets,still untouched by modern urbanism. You’ll love our apartament because of the location, and the ambiance. This apartament is good for couples, business travelers and families. Our apartament is close to the beach (just 250m!) nature (Cuvi-long promenade close to the beach, just few meters from our apartament), sport and recreation activities and ofcourse, restaurants and stores.

City center 1 apartment 10 meters from the sea

This garden guest house apartment is ideal for a couple looking for a getaway, family with kids or a small group of friends. Few steps from the only city centre beach and Euphrasian Basilica in the Historic Centre of Poreč. There is a free parking for a car in the garden - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are allowed with charge of 8 euros per day that is payable upon arrival. Please contact me prior reservation if you have larger pets.

Apartment for 4 people and is located in a quiet village Verude porat. The apt. is part of a big family house with separate entrance. It consists kitchen, bathroom and terrace on the ground floor, bedroom and living room on the first floor. Apt. is fully equipped with bed sheet, towels, coffee maker and washing machine. The possibility of using the tavern with fireplace for a pleasant stay and grill. Near sea ,markets and city centar.

Villa Elizej - Guesthouse Studio

The Guesthouse studio is part of the Villa Elizej property, it is a separate and independent accommodation, located approx. 25 meters from the main house where the owners live. The guest house is 30m2 size, for two people with a Queen double bed, kitchen, and bathroom. In front of the guest house, there is a relaxing garden with deckchairs where guests can enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Apartment ideal for a family with children or just two couples. Verry quiet, peacefull place for resting, enjoying free time, spa time, going to beach and have a great holiday! Štinjan is located between Pula and Fažana so there`s a lot to see and visit nearby! We also have a hot hydromassage jacuzzi, ideal for relaxation! :)
