URBAN app/only a short stroll to the Amphitheatre

Our bright and airy app is set on a first floor of a small residential building, built in 1962. Being located in Monvidal, a quiet neighborhood of town, makes it a great starting point from which to explore all the main city’s attractions. It only takes a 5 min. walk to our magnificent Amphitheater and about 10 min walk to the heart of old town. Farmers market and strict city center is less than 15 min walk away.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

This cozy apartment is located in quiet neighborhood in Rovinj. Distance to the city center of Rovinj is 15 minutes walking and the first beach (Porton Biondi Beach) is 10 minutes walking (800 meters). The nearest food market is 5 mins walk. Appartment near the beach and city

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Is located 1 km from the beach (10 min walking) situated in a quiet area without traffic. The apartment is new renovated with a big balcony and see view. Next to the house (50m) is a small shop and 200m away is a big supermarket open every day.
