As an elderly couple, we have 17 years of experience hosting this apartment. The apartment is located in a quiet, family neighborhood. 15 minutes walking distance from the beach and 20 minutes from the city center. The neighborhood contains 4 grocery shops and 3 restaurants. Since we are both in retirement, we can provide service almost 24/7. The apartment has 2 balconies to enjoy summer evenings, and an extra bed in case of young children. Breakfast and clothes washing/drying are possible.

Nestled in the middle of luscious vineyards and numerous bike and horseback riding trails, it is ideal place for gateway for nature, wine and animal lovers. It can be starting point for exploring nearby little towns in this part of Istria (by foot, on bikes and electric bike rentable at site ). You can rest in big garden, take a walk around property (through fields, vineyards and woods) or ride a horse Trojan at our little ranch.

The apartment is a beautiful spacious space with a light airy bedroom, a completely functional kitchen and a spa bathroom. The bedroom has a view of the Mirna valley, a double bed, a sofa that can be made into an extra bed (upon request), a flat TV, a coffee table with two chairs and a big wardrobe. The kitchen if fully functional with all the appliances and dishes. Kitchen towels, dish detergent and sponges are included. The bathroom has a spa shower and a jacuzzi bath for two.
