Shaw's grocery store, Polish Princess Bakery and Copper Pig Brewery are only a short 10 minutes away in Lancaster, New Hampshire.

The Kingdom A-Frame

Whether you're looking for a home base for a biking or hiking adventure, or a peaceful getaway, The Kingdom A-Frame is truly a heaven we want to share with you. We have meticulously decorated each room to make the space unique and comfortable. Built in 1968, our a-Frame is located minutes away from the Kingdom Trails, Burke Mountain, Lake Willoughby, and across the street from the VAST trail. With picturesque views from our street, and all the amenities, you may never want to leave the aframe.

The cabin is located in a photographer paradise- where you can enjoy the wildlife in its natural setting. Being close to many local activities and attractions, the VAST snowmobile trails (200 yds to Old County Trail near trail 114 (Westmore), Island Pond, Willoughby Lake, Kingdom Trails/Burke Mountain, Silvio Conte Wildlife Management Area-are located a short drive from the property. After a full day of activities in Northern VT/NH you can enjoy an outdoor hot tub and warm up in the sauna.

Enjoy the views of the Canadian mountains from the front porch with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine; or wander around the pasture or woods behind the cabin. Close to both Jay Peak and downtown Newport, you can enjoy all those locations have to offer, or simply relax. Please note that the stairs to the 2nd floor are steeper than usual.

Elmore State Park is 3 miles away. Hiking trails and kayaking abound!

Maple Acres Cabin is located on 50 acres of private land.Every spring fresh Vermont maple syrup is made on sight. Maple Acres Cabin was built new in 2020. Located on its on private driveway. With access to Atv and snowmobile trails. The cabin has everything you need for your stay. 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. A full kitchen, dining area,living room with electric fireplace, laundry, gas grill, fire pit. I leave coffee, tea, hot cocoa. Syrup is available to buy.
