Gas-powered motorboats not permitted. 2 kayaks, pedal boats, and standup paddleboards provided.

It is dog friendly 2 max, WIFI, lots of parking and is only 3 miles to beautiful Langley. There is no beach access from the property but there and several parks near by and a wildlife conservation park with-in a mile. EV charge with extention cord.

We recently connected the apartment to our local fiber optic network so there is excellent connectivity for work or play. We also added a level 2 EV charging station for EV car owners. The queen mattress in the bedroom is a new Saatva luxury mattress.

The House on Penn Cove is located on a private road going down a cliff to no bank water front, so this a very private location. There is unobstructed Penn Cove views and the historic town of Coupeville can be seen across the cove. On clear days, you have a spectacular view of the Olympic Mountain range. The house has a Mid Century Modern design with particularly the Pink Kitchen being something that has to be seen.
