Très bon emplacement, belle superficie, loueuse réactive. Seul bémol, un radiateur dans la salle à manger aurait été bien, il y faisait un peu froid.

Superbe logement avec une vue incroyable. Cet appartement était parfait, très bien aménagé, nous avions tout le nécessaire. L'hôte était très réactive, de très bon conseil . Dommage qu'il ne soit pas plus proche du centre ville.. mais avec cette vue ça en valait la peine. Nous recommandons +++

El departamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos y aún mejor! Llegamos un poco antes del check in y nos permitieron acceder. Estaba super limpio y perfumado. Todo está sano. No hay cosas rotas. Está organizado. Respecto a la ubicación, es excelente, se puede mover a pie sin problema. En resumen, volvería otra vez al mismo lugar!

코로나 사태로 인해 항공편이 취소되어 오래 머물렀는데 친절하고 감사한 분들이십니다. 위치가 시내랑 조금 떨어져있긴 하지만 근처에 마트랑 도미노 피자도 있어서 큰 불편함은 없었습니다.

Una casa con una calidez humana muy grande, y un decorado con toque antiguo que con su hermosura me transportó a la antigua casa de mis abuelos. La preocupación por nuestro bienestar y atenciones se agradecen, así como sus indicaciones para conocer los sitios turísticos de Punta Arenas y la coordinación de transporte al Aeropuerto. Overall, our stay was fantastic. The place was beautiful and looked just as the pictures showed. We loved that it was a bit out of town and quiet, but the road was very bumpy, but it was totally worth it.

Alojamiento con muy buena ubicación, cerca de la costa, restaurantes, comercio, la Plaza, casino etc... tiene todo lo básico necesario para una estadía cómoda. Muy limpio y organizado, de fácil acceso. Ivan muy amable en dar las instrucciones para la estadía. Recomendable.

Éramos 2 matrimonios cómodamente alojados en un departamento tipo mariposa en un condominio nuevo, todo limpio, seguro en los alrededores, fácil acceso a distintos lugares de la ciudad en vehículo. El departamento no tiene estacionamiento propio pero Rossana nos consiguió uno en el mismo condominio. No había TV, pero no la necesitamos.
