Peaceful Loft - Close to shops, Train & Downtown

Our peaceful detached apartment is located in Irvington, a beautiful historical neighborhood 7 minutes from downtown. You would not need a car as you can walk to the MAX train station. We furnished our space with a comfortable brand new king size bed and full size sleeper sofa. Bedding & duvet cover washed every time. The decoration is tropical inspired art and from Hawaii. There is a cute and equipped kitchenette with coffee maker, tea make, microwave, dishwasher electric range for small meals.

Fully furnished and private one-bedroom 1st floor apartment (newly built in 2021) in the heart of NE Portland. Located in a quiet residential area. Shared salt water spa in backyard. Queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living area. Will sleep 4 comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped: full sized refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. High speed WiFi, cable TV and large dining room table. Walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops. Two blocks from Irving Park.

The Haseman House

Come stay in our Architectural micro home in NE Portland. Close to Mississippi and everything that NE Williams has to offer. Thoughtfully deigned with many amenities. A great WFH vacation retreat. This little house is located in the back of a main house. The backyard is shared with the main front house. There is only street parking but it is free and typically available. We are close to public transportation and rental bikes as well as an organic grocery store... very walkable.

Sabin Guest House

Built in 2019, this architecturally-designed space is warm and modern, with good natural light for a comfortable home base during your travels. We’re located on a quiet street in the King/Sabin neighborhood that’s just a short walk to great restaurants, shops, parks and a grocery store down the street. With a strong emphasis on locally made furniture and art, the ADU feels rooted in place. [Please note that the storage loft is not currently accessible.] Thanks for looking!

A place all to yourself, just blocks from all Williams Ave has to offer (particularly Eem)! You'll have a private entrance to your 1 bed, 1 bath, plus living area/kitchenette unit, and all the basics you'll need for your stay. Centrally located, you'll also be a walk/short drive to Mississippi Ave, NE Alberta St., and downtown Portland, and just a 20 minute drive from PDX airport. During Jun-Sept when it's hottest, we provide a portable AC to help with the summer heat :)

Spacious Guesthouse with Creative Style and Local Charm

Our recently built, light filled and spacious ADU sits quietly in our back yard and above my painting studio. It's an open, airy and modern loft-style home with reclaimed fir floors, shelving, vanity, and doors. The queen size bed has a super comfy natural latex foam mattress and in the loft there is a fold out sofa with a full size memory foam sleeping pad. It has a well appointed kitchen and washer and dryer for your use. I provide coffee and tea for your stay as well.

NE Irving Park Cottage

Welcome to the Irving Park Neighborhood Cottage located within walking distance of NE Williams Ave, Alberta Arts District and Mississippi Avenue in Portland, Oregon. Our quiet cottage sits in the back of our garden and offers privacy with your own stone patio with bistro table and chairs. Fellow travelers, your home away from home is on the border of Sabin/historic Irvington in NE Portland. You will be conveniently located next to 3 bus lines and a quick bike ride or Uber to downtown, across the street from Whole Foods and the UPS store, a block from 2 coffee shops and walking distance to dozens of restaurants. Amazing, residential, safe walking or biking location! Fully equipped kitchen so that you can cook too if you want.

Private studio apartment set away from the street to avoid any traffic noise. The guesthouse is a 10 minute bike ride from the downtown waterfront park as well as many great local restaurants and cafe's. Tree-filled Irving Park is 1 block away.
