Greatly appreciated staying here for an overnight trip with my friends. It was very easy to find with a super convenient driveway for parking. The listing was immaculate and sleeping accommodations were very comfy. Appreciated the touch of hospitality with chocolates when we arrived. We had a great stay at this beautifully remodeled home. It was very clean and made good use of the space. We felt right at home. We would definitely recommend this home.

We were very happy with Cara and Benjamin’s farmhouse stay close to Canandaigua Lake. We wanted to be close to Canandaigua, but we didn’t need to be on the lake. Their place is about five miles from The Lake House and Main Street in Canandaigua. We had a spa day at Willowbrook Spa and had fun checking out some shops on Main Street. It was the perfect little getaway spot!

We had a a wonderful stay at The Regent. The property is exactly as described and is located a few short blocks off park Ave! The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and the beds are super comfortable! There was parking for two vehicles which was excellent as our college aged kid was able to come and visit without worrying about street parking! I would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Rochester!

I'm familiar with Rochester and knew exactly where this place was...a 5-minute walk for my morning cappuccino and croissant and a convenient drive past Rochester's only Frank Lloyd Wright house to friends and family,. The apartment is lovely and tranquil - a new, modern kitchen, small but nice bath, lovely dining room and comfortable livingroom/bedroom with good lighting and a very comfortable reading chair, an amenity that is seldom provided. The furnishings are lovely and the closet has lots and lots of hangers. A 10-minute walk to Park Ave. restaurants and shops; a short drive to Wegmans. Culver Road traffic noise can be irritating, but it quiets at night; expressway noise is negligible. James was very responsive when I had questions. I will return.

This was my sister and my second time staying at Roger's AirBNB. We purposely returned for the wonderful hosting, convenience, access to great parks, museums, and family nearby. This time we stayed on the first floor which was beautiful and homey. The surrounding neighbors were friendly and I loved walking my dogs and chatting with them everyday. Roger is a fantastic host - always responsive, a gentleman, and professional. He was flexible with our wish to return this year for which we are grateful. We will definitely consider returning again.

I had such a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Their home is absolutely beautiful—warm, cozy, and clean. Every detail was clearly thought through with care and intention, creating a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere. I truly appreciated their hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. We booked Tim’s place the morning of our check in because we had some changes to our moving plans. The house was as described and very comfortable. We had everything we needed, and the ability to have garage parking was a huge perk. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the whole space was nicely renovated. The neighborhood was quiet, which we also appreciated. We initially checked out before our stay was up, but due to more issues with our move, Tim was very accommodating and let us stay as we initially planned. We recommend staying at Tim’s house if you are in the Rochester area, you won’t be disappointed!
