Tuvimos una buena experiencia en el alojamiento. La zona es céntrica y tranquila. Vicente tuvo iniciativa al llamarme con anticipación y al llegar también coordinar mi ingreso. Me apoyó con ciertos pedidos que le solicité y estuvo dispuesto siempre a mis llamadas.

We are so happy with our stay at the property. The staff are so friendly and helpful, there are all the amenities you need, and the pool is obviously a wonderful bonus. Very happy with our stay, thank you very much!

Nuestra estadía fue familiar y era nuestra primera vez en Iquitos. El apartamento era tal cual las fotos, limpio y ordenado. Nos sentimos cómodos como en casa. Fue una agradable estadía!

Excelente todo, es tal cual la descripción, muy amplio tiene todas las comodidades sobre todo los ventiladores y baños, la ubicación fácil de encontrar, conocida y tranquila. Giovana fue una muy buena anfitriona siempre al pendiente y respondiendo a las dudas. Si volvería a quedarme ahí definitivamente.

Guillermo was very kind and responsive. He met us at the door and gave us a tour as well as recommendations for things to do nearby. He also offers to get you a taxi to pick you up from the airport. I highly recommend you take his offer since we did not, there was no Uber, and a taxi at the airport charged us nearly double. Guillermo cares about the experience and safety of his guests and at a great deal. I highly recommend this place.

We needed just one night to stay before we headed to our trip in the Amazon rainforest. This place was perfect for quick night’s stay. Easy to find and Guillermo also helped arrange an airport transfer for us. He was very helpful and responsive!

I arrived early and the apartment I booked was still occupied. Guillermo had another apartment for me a few blocks away and he walked me there, helping me with my luggage. There was no pool but it was clean, quiet, safe and peaceful. I had the best nap ever! Corner store. Easy to catch a Tuc-Tuc. Not too far from the Plaza. Highly recommend. Guillermo was friendly, responsive and speaks a bit of English. Book this!

The location just can’t be beat for my needs. Restaurants, laundry, and coffee all nearby. The WiFi is stable and great for work needs. And the host is wonderful! Definitely recommend!

Excelente, se logró el objetivo. El departamento está bien equipado, tiene lo básico para sentirse en casa, el aire acondicionado excelente considerando el calor que hace en la zona. Está cerca a un supermercado. Max y Angelo muy atentos todo el tiempo.
