This place was so enjoyable. Originally built in the 60’s (?) I was thoroughly impressed with how the whole house was built for the express purpose of hosting large groups. We were 5 siblings and partners celebrating together our mums 90th birthday. We loved the many different living/dining and entertainment areas and had the most enjoyable time especially on the Friday night in the separate movie theatre/media/bar building adjacent to the main house. We played pool, danced, sang, laughed lots and just enjoyed being together. The whole weekend was unforgettable and we’re so glad we found this place. An added treat was getting to see a couple of local wallabies grazing outside over the weekend. Thank you to the hosts for a great venue….We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it !

Shaun's place was perfect for us. It is a beautifully done renovation, everything is new, clean and in good working order. The garden is a wonderful place to sit and have breakfast. My wife says it has a happy atmosphere, and it felt safe. We will come back.

Allie and Henk were kind and sociable hosts who have built a secluded piece of paradise amongst the forest Its a great centre point to stay and then explore Brisbane's tourist attractions which my daughters family from Melbourne did daily to return to a comfortable atmosphere at night My Grandsons loved the pool and spent many hours enjoying it even on cooler days.Henk kindly set up a temporary light so we could BBQ after dark and he said he'd take it on board to set up lights around the pool area too,to allow future clients able to swim on balmy QLD nights Thanks Allie and Henk for your gracious hospitality, we will def come back one day next time we have a family get together in QLD

Mel was great, welcoming, available & full of energy. We appreciated the fresh eggs, firewood, all the animals on the property. We had some wet weather, so very much enjoyed being able to make use of the pooltable, bar area, sports room. Our cottage accommodation on the property was more than suitable, with everything required in the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom & living area. Thanks Mel.

Sandi’s place is amazing, it is clean and light. It is well equipped and we had everything we needed during a month long stay. The container was so well designed that it didn’t feel small, it was actually the perfect size for our family of 3. Sandi is an excellent host and very accommodating! Highly recommended!

This was a great find. We visit the area often to see family, and this was a great place. It was spacious, well decorated and had every amenity we needed. Karen was a responsive host. We would definitely come here again!

Really enjoyed our stay at Ann and Barry's place. Friendly hosts and non invasive, much appreciated. The space was clean, neat and orderly. Responsive to enquiries. Beautiful bird song in the morning. Little slic of paradise that is close to everything one would need for a stay. Would definitely stay here again if we came through the area.
